Pelatihan Self Management untuk Mengurangi Kejenuhan Belajar di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektifitas pelatihan teknik self management untuk mengurangi tingkat kejenuhan belajar siswa selama pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi COVID-19. Sebuah penelitian eksperimen one-group pretest-posttest design dengan rumusan hipotesis bahwa teknik self management efektif untuk mengurangi tingkat kejenuhan belajar siswa selama pembelajaran daring. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 14 siswa SMP Swasta di Kartasura yang mengalami kejenuhan belajar tergolong tinggi. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk menentukan tingkat kejenuhan belajar siswa yaitu skala College Student Survey (CSS). Analisis data menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) dengan teknik paired sample t-test. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan self management secara efektif mampu mengurangi tingkat kejenuhan belajar siswa selama pembelajaran daring dengan perolehan sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.
