Abstract

Since the pandemic, school closures have caused some problems. One of them is about the difficulty of online learning and the lack of motivation and passion in learning. The purpose of this study is to (1) describe an overview of the learning system at SMA Insan Cendekia. (2) knowing and identifying about the obstacles of online learning at SMA Insan Cendekia. (3) knowing the spirit of learning of Insan Cendekia students during the pandemic. Qualitative descriptive research form with case study strategy. Research data sources are informants, venues/events, and documents. Data collection techniques are (1) actively engaged observations (2) in-depth interviews (3) documentation studies. Data validity testing using data triangulation and informant review. Data analysis techniques using interactive analysis techniques include data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion withdrawal.

Sejak terjadinya pandemi, penutupan sekolah dapat memunculkan beberapa masalah. Salah satunya ialah mengenai sulitnya pembelajaran daring dan berkurangnya motivasi dan semangat dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mendeskripsikan gambaran umum mengenai sistem pembelajaran di SMA Insan Cendekia. (2) mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi mengenai kendala pembelajaran daring di SMA Insan Cendekia. (3) mengetahui semangat belajar siswa Insan Cendekia di masa pandemi. Bentuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan strategi studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian adalah informan, tempat/peristiwa, dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah (1) pengamatan terlibat aktif (2) wawancara mendalam (3) Studi dokumentasi. Pengujian validitas data menggunakan triangulasi data dan informan review. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan simpulan.
