Abstract

The precast spun pile manufacturing process involves complex operations with high quality requirements and integrated supply chain risks that may cause product defects and work-in-process accumulation. This study analyzes quality and supply chain risks in the precast spun pile industry by applying a Quality Risk Management framework at PT X. The method includes risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk reduction based on expert judgment, process observation, and internal production data. The results show that human factors, inadequate maintenance, process control errors, and material supply variability are dominant risk sources. Preventive maintenance, SOP evaluation, and operator training are identified as priority mitigation strategies to improve operational stability and production reliability.
