Focus and Scope

Jurnal Ilmiah Teknik Industri is a research journal in the discipline of industrial and system engineering, which is expected to contribute to a new or state-of-the-art for academic development or real-world applications, or both. JITI publishes original high-quality papers on a wide range of topics of interest to industrial engineers who want to remain current with the state-of-the-art technologies. The refereed journal aims to foster the engineering community by publishing papers with a strong methodological focus motivated by real problems that impact engineering practice and research. The journal is composed of five focus issues: Ergonomics and Human Factors, Design and Manufacturing, Operations Research and Management, Quality and Reliability Engineering, and Supply Chain and Logistics.

Jurnal Ilmiah Teknik Industri aims to:

Encourage academics, scientists, engineering practitioners, and others to carry out research activities and publish the result.
Promote a comprehensive approach in the field of industrial engineering by combining the viewpoint of different disciplines.
Strengthen academic exchanges with other institutions.

Jurnal Ilmiah Teknik Industri received manuscript of scientific articles in accordance with the above-mentioned objectives.
