ABSTRACT
More than one third of stroke patients need assistance in functional activities. Stroke rehabilitation especially in chronic cases focuses on increasing functional activity, cardiorespiratory, endurance, coordination and balance. The Indonesian Stroke Foundation (Yastroki) Semarang branch as an organization that brings together stroke sufferers, requires the role of physiotherapy in rehabilitation. The limited access of patients to routinely visit health facilities is the basis for digitizing functional training in stroke patients so that they can always carry out exercises according to the dosage and with movements according to the disorder they are experiencing. The method of carrying out activities with workshops and supervision of exercises through a distance with exercise movements that are tailored to the needs of the patient. The results of 20 patients who attended the workshop and evaluation showed a average increase in functional ability of 14%. Functional exercises with digital methods can improve the functional abilities of chronic stroke patients.
