About the Journal

Jurnal Ekonomi Pembangunan: Kajian Masalah Ekonomi dan Pembangunan (often cited as Jurnal Ekonomi Pembangunan, and also JEP) is a scientific journal that contains the results of theoretical research and studies on economic and development issues. Managed by the Department of Development Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta.

Submit your manuscripts today (in English) through our online system! The authors should refer to the JEP Author Guidelines when writing the manuscript. The authors are also encouraged to use citation manager software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or any other software in writing the manuscript. Please include the classifications of the Journal of Economic Literature (JEL)  under the abstract as well.
