The Journal of Deep Learning (JDL) is committed to supporting open and accessible scientific publication for researchers, academics, and practitioners worldwide.

Currently, the Journal of Deep Learning (JDL) does not charge any Article Processing Charge (APC) to authors. All publication processes are completely free of charge.

Authors may submit and publish their manuscripts without any payment, provided that the manuscripts successfully pass the editorial review and peer-review process.
