PENINGKATAN PEMAHAMAN TENTANG SAKIT KEPALA SEBAGAI DAMPAK COVID 19: PENYULUHAN KESEHATAN

ABSTRAK
Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pertama kali terdeteksi pada bulan desember 2019 di Wuhan China dan mulai menyebar ke seluruh dunia. Di Indonesia, sejak 3 Januari 2020 hingga 10 Agustus 2021, terdapat 3.718.821 kasus terkonfirmasi COVID-19 dengan 110.619 kematian. Badai sitokin yang memicu terjadinya nyeri kepala pada pasien COVID-19 mulai dirasakan pada hari ke 7 hingga hari ke 10. Nyeri kepala dirasakan berupa tension type headache, Nyeri kepala juga dapat disertai dengan fotofobia, mual, kaku leher dan dapat semakin berat dengan perubahan posisi. Tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan adanya gejala yang menyertai infeksi coronavirus yang mengenai system saraf. Penyuluhan dengan metode daring melalui zoom meeting. Hasilnya audiens yang sering mengalami nyeri kepala berjumlah 13 orang sedangkan sebanyak 7 orang mengaku tidak mengalami nyeri kepala. Terdapat peningkatan pemahaman terkait nyeri kepala pada penderita covid19. Penyuluhan ini dapat memberikan pemahaman yang baik terkait gejala saraf terutama nyeri kepala akibat COVID-19
ABSTRACT
Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) was first detected in December 2019 in Wuhan China and began to spread throughout the world. In Indonesia, from January 3, 2020 to August 10, 2021, there were 3,718,821 confirmed cases of COVID-19 with 110,619 deaths. Cytokine storms that trigger headaches in COVID-19 patients begin to be felt on day 7 to day 10. Headache is felt in the form of a tension type headache. Headache can also be accompanied by photophobia, nausea, neck stiffness and can get worse with changes in position. The Aim to provide understanding and knowledge of the symptoms that accompany coronavirus infection affecting the nervous system. Counseling with online methods through zoom meetings. The Results is the audience who often experience headaches amounted to 13 people while as many as 7 people claimed not to have headaches. There is an increasing understanding of headaches due to COVID-19. This counseling can provide a good understanding of neurological symptoms, especially headaches due to COVID-19
