ABSTRACT
Mitra in Padang Tegal, Ubud, are representatives of waste collection sites and organic waste processing facilities. This TPS has a large customer base due to its strategic location in the Monkey Forest tourist area, surrounded by numerous hotels and restaurants. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, however, many hotels and restaurants closed, resulting in a significant decline in revenue for Rumah Kompos. This resulted in salary reductions and a reduction in the number of employees. This increases work-related stress, which increases the risk of hypertension. Education regarding the dangers of hypertension and how to overcome it, as well as education regarding the branding and marketing of compost produced by the Padang Tegal Traditional Village Compost House, is a promising solution for reducing work stress among site employees. This. 30 workers from the Compost House participated in the extension activity. The effectiveness of counseling is determined by comparing post-test and pre-test scores, with the average post-test score rising by 40%. In addition, management staff participants expressed satisfaction with the compost marketing strategies counseling. After evaluation and monitoring, it was determined that more than 70 percent of employees who smoked were able to reduce their smoking by more than 50 percent compared to before the program.
