Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism and Originality Policy

BPPP strictly prohibits any form of plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

  • Plagiarism Check: Authors are required to independently check their manuscript using Turnitin. The similarity report (in PDF format) must be uploaded as a "Supplementary File" during the submission process.

  • Tolerance Limit: The maximum allowed similarity index is 30%.

  • Sanctions: Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 30% will be outright rejected or returned to the authors for major paraphrasing before any peer-review process begins.

Citation and Reference Guidelines

To maintain the scientific quality of the manuscript, BPPP enforces strict rules regarding citations and the bibliography:

  • Citation Format: Every in-text citation must include the specific page number. Example: (Sutrisno, 2015: 13).

  • Recency: References must be up-to-date, strictly limited to publications from the last 10 years.

  • Source Composition: The reference list must consist of a minimum of 90% scientific journals and a maximum of 10% books.
