The School Cultural Literacy Bulletin (BLBS) publishes original research articles, literature reviews, conceptual papers, and best practices that advance knowledge on school culture, educational literacy, and character development in primary and secondary education. The journal emphasizes the role of school culture as a dynamic system that shapes teaching, learning, leadership, and the overall educational environment.
The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to:
