PENGUATAN LITERASI DIGITAL MELALUI WORKSHOP DATA SCIENCE DAN MACHINE LEARNING BERBASIS PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi data serta pemahaman konseptual dan aplikatif mengenai Data Science dan Machine Learning bagi sivitas akademika dan masyarakat umum. Kagiatan dilaksanakan oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat Program Studi Teknik Industri, Institut Teknologi Indonesia, melalui penyelenggaraan workshop berbasis pembelajaran interaktif. Materi pelatihan mencakup pengantar konsep data science, teknik pengumpulan dan pembersihan data, analisis menggunakan metode statistik dan algoritma machine learning, serta penerapan Artificial Intelligence dalam mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan di lingkungan industri. Desain kegiatan menggabungkan metode ceramah, demonstrasi praktis, dan studi kasus untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta secara bertahap dan terstruktur. Evaluasi pelatihan melalui pre-test, post-test, dan kuesioner menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan rata-rata sebesar 27% dan tingkat kepuasan peserta mencapai 93%. Capaian ini mengindikasikan bahwa metode edukasi berbasis praktik mampu meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual dan aplikatif peserta terhadap teknologi data. Kegiatan workshop ini menjadi langkah awal dalam membangun ekosistem pembelajaran teknologi digital yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan masyarakat dan kampus.
