Kembangbelor Tourism Village in Pacet District, Mojokerto Regency, is a developing tourist destination with high visitor traffic. The village parking area operates daily until evening, and even 24 hours, due to the camping ground at Wana Wisata Bernah De Valley and night visits from Pondok Pesantren Amanatul Ummah. However, the parking area lacks adequate lighting and integrated waste management facilities, which reduces visitor safety and comfort. This community service activity aims to improve the environmental quality of the parking area through the implementation of a solar-powered lighting system integrated with sorted waste bins and cleanliness education media. The lighting system uses four units of 100-watt LED lamps powered by 70 Wp solar panels and 180 Wh lithium-ion batteries, while the integrated waste bins have a capacity of 100 liters with organic and inorganic sorting. The partner of this activity is BUMDes Rukun Sejahtera Kembangbelor, which plays a key role in implementation and management. Laboratory-scale testing showed a measured battery capacity of 180.68 Wh and LED power consumption of 28.56–33.69 W, while field implementation increased light intensity from 0.4 lux to 13.4–15.2 lux. The impact evaluation, conducted on 30 respondents using a one-group pre-test post-test (paired-sample) design with paired-sample t-test, showed a significant increase in the partner's capacity in social (13.60 ± 1.221 to 18.80 ± 1.562), production (13.70 ± 1.512 to 17.40 ± 2.191), and managerial aspects (10.00 ± 1.203 to 14.20 ± 1.186), with p < 0.001 for all aspects. This program is recommended for replication in other areas with similar characteristics to support sustainable and independent village development.
