Background: Torus palatine is a benign bony exostosis commonly found on the hard palate. Its presence can significantly affect the design and comfort of removable partial dentures (RPDs), as an inappropriate denture design may lead to mucosal irritation or pressure sores. Purpose: This case report aims to present the prosthodontic management of an acrylic resin RPD in a partially edentulous patient with a torus palatine. Case: A 52-year-old female patient presented with partial edentulism classified as Applegate–Kennedy Class I Modification 2, accompanied by a torus palatine. She reported discomfort with previous dentures and difficulty in mastication. Case Management: A non-surgical approach was selected by fabricating an acrylic resin RPD using a U-shaped design, chosen as an effective conservative solution to maintain comfort and masticatory function without requiring surgical intervention on the torus. Conclusion: The treatment resulted in improved patient comfort, satisfactory functional adaptation, and no complications during the initial follow-up period.
