Journal of Holistic Sports and Physical Education (JHSPE) is a publication for manuscripts and scientific articles committed to disseminating the science of physical education and sport through a peer-review process. The Journal of Holistic Sports and Physical Education is established to provide a platform for the dissemination of high-quality research and scholarly articles in the field of sports and physical education. Emphasizing a holistic approach, the Journal of Holistic Sports and Physical Education aims to explore the multifaceted aspects of sports and physical education, integrating physical, mental, emotional, and social dimensions.

Development of Physical Education and Fitness: Research on the development and evaluation of comprehensive and effective physical education and inclusive Physical Education studies on teaching strategies and curricula that are inclusive and accessible to all students, including those with special needs. Progress at various educational levels is crucial for several reasons, this scope addressses the need for sctructured, evidancebased physical education (PE) curricula that enhance students physical, mental, and social development, ensuring that PE programs are effective and inclusive essential for foresting lifelong healthy habits and overall well-being, quality and equality education (Sustainable Development Goal 3) good health and well-being this reasearch scope enhances individual health and education but also contributes to broader societal and evironmental sustainbility.

Holistic Health and Sport: Research on holistic health and fitness, which integrates physical, mental, and emotional aspects, is crucial for several reasons. This comprehensive approach recognizes that true health and wellness are not just about physical fitness but also about mental well-being and emotional balance. This scope is related to several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations, contributing to global well-being and sustainability. Research in holistic health and fitness is vital for developing a comprehensive health program that supports overall well-being.
