Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

1. General Information:

  • Manuscripts are accepted from educators, students at all levels, and practitioners in profit and nonprofit organizations
  • Manuscripts must be original, not previously published, and free from plagiarism
  • Manuscripts should be written in English

2. Manuscript Formatting:

  • Manuscripts must be typed on A4 paper, with 2.5 cm margins on all sides
  • Use Times New Roman, size 11, double-spaced
  • Maximum 15 pages for the main manuscript, plus one page for abstract
  • Abstracts must be 100-150 words in English and Indonesian, followed by 3-5 keywords

3. Structure for Research Articles:

  • Title (concise and informative, in English)
  • Author details (names without titles, affiliation, correspondence email)
  • Abstract and Keywords
  • Introduction (background, problem formulation, objectives, significance)
  • Methods (separate tools and materials, and procedures, written narratively)
  • Results and Discussion (combined)
  • Conclusion and Recommendations (if any)
  • Acknowledgments (optional)
  • References (using Vancouver style, single-spacing within references, double-spacing between references; recommended using Mendeley)

4. Tables, Graphs, and Figures:

  • Clear and neatly presented
  • Tables: titles above, figures: titles below, numbered consecutively, font size 10
  • Tables should not have vertical lines; use up to three horizontal lines
  • Citation style in-text: Harvard system
