Abstract

Riset bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work life balance, family supportive supervisor behavior, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Riset ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan jawaban yang diukur melalui lima point skala linkert. Adapun analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 22. Responden riset ini adalah karyawan PT Sapta Sari Tama Cabang Kota Surakarta dengan total populasi sebanyak 40 orang karyawan. Hasil yang didapatkan setelah serangkaian analisis dilakukan yaitu didapati bahwa WLB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, FSSB berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
