Pengembangan Business Model Canvas Inkubator Bisnis Putra Sang Fajar Dengan Pendekatan Porter 5 Forces Analysis

Inkubasi bisnis adalah alat yang ampuh untuk merangsang pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kewirausahaan. Namun untuk dapat berkelanjutan sebuah inkubator bisnis perlu merumuskan strategi dan model bisnis yang tepat. Beberapa alat manajemen yang dapat digunakan untuk merumuskan strategi dan model bisnis diantaranya adalah Business Model Canvas dan Porter 5 Forces Analysis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Business Model Canvas bagi inkubator bisnis dengan pendekatan Porter 5 Forces Analysis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data primer melalui kuesioner kepada 34 responden serta data sekunder dari studi literatur. Data primer dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Porter 5 Forces Analysis dapat menjelaskan Business Model Canvas. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa inkubator bisnis dapat menggunakan Business Model Canvas sebagai panduan model bisnis yang akan diterapkan, meskipun diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk merumuskan strategi untuk masa depan.
