Temporary Closure of Submission System and Upcoming APC Adjustment

We are pleased to announce that our journal has recently achieved a significant milestone by being ranked in the Q1 category of the Scopus database. This achievement reflects the collective dedication of our authors, reviewers, editors, and academic partners in maintaining the quality and impact of published research.

In line with this development and as part of our efforts to improve publication services, editorial management, and international indexing standards, we would like to inform you that the journal submission system is temporarily disabled starting from today. The submission portal will be reopened in July 2026.

Please also be informed that APC terms and author guideline conditions would be adjusted effective for submissions received after the reopening period. Detailed information will be officially announced through the journal website before the submission system is reopened.
