Scopus Indexing and Article Processing Charge (APC) Policy

We are pleased to announce that the Journal of Islamic Economic Laws has officially been indexed in Scopus. In line with this development, the Journal hereby implements a new Article Processing Charge (APC) policy for all manuscripts submitted from 1st January 2026 onwards.

The new APC structure is as follows:

IDR 3,000,000 for articles with a first author affiliated with an institution based in Indonesia.

USD 200 for articles with a first author affiliated with an institution outside Indonesia.

The transfer of this payment will be executed as follows:

The APC will be applied only to manuscripts that are accepted for publication. This APC is intended to support editorial management, peer review processes, digital publishing, indexing services, and long-term journal sustainability.
