	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The Department of Communication and Information of Kediri City made an innovative service, namely the Electronic Certificate (E-Suket) to facilitate the administration of making letters in the village government, which was manual system but now electronic-based. It is hoped that this innovation can help the community to create effective and efficient administrative services. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of E-Suket services in Rejomulyo and Balowerti Villages. The research method used is descriptive qualitative to provide an explanation of the Application of Electronic Policy Certificate (E-Suket) as a public service effort in the City of Kediri. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The concept used to analyze is Edwards III regarding Policy Implementation which focuses on communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of E-Suket services as a whole has been going well. However, there are problems in the implementation process, such as in the bureaucratic structure, there is no Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the implementation of this E-Suket. The Communications and Informatics Service needs to immediately make SOPs for E-Suket services in order to create clear standardization in the service process.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Placement fees cannot be charged to Indonesian migrant workers. Therefore, BP2MI established BP2MI Regulation No. 09/2020 regarding the waiver of the placement fee for Indonesian migrant workers. One of the contents of the regulation only stipulates 10 types of positions for Indonesian migrant workers whose placement fees are waived. By using normative legal research that is descriptive in nature, the results obtained are that the BP2MI policy which only stipulates 10 types of positions for Indonesian migrant workers whose placement fees are freed is not in accordance with the concept of the welfare state adopted by the Indonesian state. Besides, when related to several principles of protection for Indonesian migrant workers, the criteria for the position of Indonesian migrant workers who should also receive exemption from placement fees include being vulnerable to discrimination, exploitation, violence, human trafficking practices, as well as threats of opinion and restrictions on access to movement.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The existence of humans as social beings is represented through the formation of social groups as an effort to maintain and develop their lives. However, instead of forming harmony and balance, humans also often commit social deviations, one of which is through bullying behavior. Bullying behavior does not only occur in the work environment but has entered the school environment. One of them is in South Korea, where bullying rates and suicide rates are both high, showing that there is a relevance between bullying rates and suicide rates. Now, this phenomenon is constructed through drama as a reflection of social reality. The focus of this research is to find out how the practice and relevance of bullying behavior and suicide cases in the 2015 school drama. The research method used is Ferdinand De Saussure's semiotic analysis method which focuses on discussing the concept of signifiers and signifieds. The data studied are pieces of dialogue, images, and sound. In this study the authors used Emile Durkheim's Suicide theory. The findings in this study are that there is a relevance between bullying practices and suicide cases. This is also exacerbated by the finding that victims of bullying often do not have adequate social groups. Because the more individuals have sufficient social groups, then this is capital in maintaining their lives from other social groups. The location of the social group greatly influences a person's decision to commit suicide. Thus, the social group has an important position for a person as part of his efforts to defend himself and maintain his self-esteem and the harmony of social relations.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">In the current era of globalization, loving one's motherland is necessary. The reality on the ground demonstrates that student nationalism frequently encounters unfavorable dynamics. Some students did not participate solemnly in the flag ceremony, did not listen to the national anthem, or speak Indonesian correctly in their daily interactions. Enhancing character education in extracurricular activities is one of the ways that these students' love for their country is shaped. This study aimed to learn more about SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta's dance extracurricular efforts in developing the character of love for the motherland. This study employed a qualitative case study: observation, documentation, and interview-based data collection methods. Principals of schools, teachers of art and culture, dance coaches, and two SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta students served as the research participants. This study examines how extracurricular dance instruction shapes a person's love of country. Data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion were all used as data analysis techniques. The findings show that the DIY Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2011 can be used to understand the extracurricular role of dance in forming the character of loving the homeland by introducing and providing an understanding related to the formation of that character through art. Facilities, adequate infrastructure, student enthusiasm, and school support all contribute to developing the character trait of loving one's country. In addition, events and circumstances, such as PPKM, that prohibit these activities from going as they should are the elements that impede pupils from developing a love for their country.</dc:description>

One of the local specialty drinks in the Kayen District is Dawet Ireng. The presence of modern culinary shifts regional specialties such as dawet ireng. The problem in marketing dawet ireng in Kayen District is still using conventional marketing yet not maximizing and using existing digital marketing such as Instagram, ShoopieFood, GoFood and others. The writing method uses qualitative research methods, data collection can be obtained from the results of interviews, observations, documentation, and combinations or trigulation. Data analysis techniques were carried out using data analysis techniques proposed by Miles and Huberman which included data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing). Based on the research results, the seller of dawet ireng has not fully used social media as a marketing medium in sales. Still using the conventional way by waiting for buyers to come, there is no training on entrepreneurship training, so they are still not familiar with selling at ShopeeFood and GoFood.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Media, especially films, have an important role in the construction of people with disabilities. This research examines Tyrion Lannister as a person with a disability represented and constructed in the Game of Thrones series. Tyrion Lannister is interesting because he is the only character born with a disability. This condition differs from others with perfect physical conditions in real life. In this series, Tyrion Lannister shows the body as a social sign. He is represented as a realistic and complex character, not inspiring, not evil, or selling mercy, as the portrayal often used by the media in portraying people with disability. This research uses a qualitative approach with a multimodal critical discourse analysis methodology by Gunther Kress and Theo van Leeuwen. The data is based on seasons and episodes of the Game of Thrones, which relate to Tyrion Lannister as people with a disability, literature study, and documentation. The research found that the representation of Tyrion Lannister is realistic and complex, showing the prejudice and social stigma he has received as a person with a dwarf body.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The issue of climate change is a global issue that underlies the Friday for Future movement by Greta Thunberg so as to increase the awareness of teenagers in Germany on environmental issues. However, the role of the Friday for Future (FFF) movement is less effective, because the movement is a Global Civil Society that is independent and has no direct connection with the government. This study aims to determine the strategy of the Friday for Future movement in mitigating climate change. The method in this study uses a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. The data used are primary data from questionnaire results and secondary data through library research, data analysis techniques are deductive techniques. The results showed that the FFF movement strategy consisted of four aspects, namely visibility, in the form of direct action taking to the streets on Fridays, listening aspects by speaking directly with the German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas, lobbying aspects by giving advice and to the government through holidays. every Friday, the networking aspect takes the form of actions at several points in Germany to get more youth involved and online campaigns to garner global support.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The Kinipan Indigenous Forest is both a livelihood and a vital habitat for indigenous peoples, animals, and plants. However, the presence of corporates has caused issues that have upset the equilibrium of the Kinipan Customary Forest. This research seeks to analyze the pattern of interactions that led to the admission of corporations into customary forests and to identify the resistance of the indigenous Kinipan people. Qualitative approach was employed, including observation collection techniques and data documentation from a Watchdoc Documentary-uploaded documentary video titled "KINIPAN," which is supported by literature studies. The findings of this study indicate the existence of a power relationship between the government and the company regarding the regulation of mining permits and mining roads in the Kinipan Customary Forest, which is carried out without the community's participation, thereby causing social conflict between third parties. As a result of this conflict, indigenous peoples formed multiple communities to defend the forest, including the forester's community, the Dayak Tomun community, and the Borneo Red Army.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This research focuses on the traditional Dayak belief systems, including their views on ancestor worship, religious systems, and worldviews. The Dayak's understanding of their belief system stems from imagination and attempts to relate their experiences to a greater power that governs the universe. The important thing about ancestral beliefs and this religious system is that nature does not exist on its own but that something has created it. They call this power Tamai Tingai, which is the center of their religious experience. Religious life is a theophanic experience that influences all Dayak human life. This paper aims to describe and analyze the concept of ancestral beliefs and religious systems as a way of life for the traditional Dayak community. This study uses phenomenological analysis and critical reading of the text using qualitative research methods. The research findings show that the Dayak people realize that religious expression through ancestor worship and religious systems is justified by human experience. In situations of helplessness, humans seek help and find it by connecting themselves to a transcendent existence.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The use of new media during the Covid-19 pandemic is increasing among several generations, especially Gen Z, who are categorized as a generation that is very close to technology. They often use TikTok as primary media. TikTok is a platform that provides a lot of information in videos. This study aims to determine the self-concept of sociology students at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung in using TikTok, the factors driving the use of TikTok, and changes in attitudes that occur due to the use of TikTok. A descriptive qualitative is used to describe the use of TikTok in Sociology Students at UIN SGD Bandung. This research investigates various self-existences on TikTok in terms of self-perceptions, promoting beauty and fashion, education, relaxation, and attitudes. On the other hand, Mead's theory explains the desire to be equal to others. Also, Mead said that another self-concept is the existence of new sources of information and educational media during the Covid-19 outbreak. Thus, this research can provide an overview of the use of TikTok as a medium of self-existence that can benefit its users.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">
The fishing community in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar District, is deeply intertwined with a consumerist lifestyle. Every social group, from the fisherman owners, laborers, to factory workers, creates its own distinct reflection of this lifestyle. This study aims to depict the lifestyle or way of life formed within the fishing community. Using a qualitative approach, the research explains the phenomenon descriptively. The ethnographic study focuses on a group of fishing communities, providing a perspective from the fishermen as the primary informants. This allows for an understanding of consumerism patterns connected to the culture and traditions of the fishing community, along with the socioeconomic status linked to the impact of the fishermen’s catch. Through data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation, the study finds that the fishing community in Kedungrejo exhibits a consumptive lifestyle, as evidenced by their habit of purchasing luxury goods to maintain their social status in the surrounding environment. Additionally, their purchases are driven by personal desires. The fisherman owners, perceived to be in the upper social class, attempt to highlight their identity as wealthy and powerful. This research applies Jean Baudrillard’s theory of consumerism, which assumes that individual identity is collectively shaped by commercial interests rather than utility. Just as societies represent needs, consumerism leads individuals or groups to believe in the symbolic power of possessing specific goods.

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Indonesian worldview incorporates Godhead, humanity, unity, democracy, and social justice from communal life. Youth are alienated from Pancasila. They prefer modern, creative, and innovative social values. Exploring this to reinforce Pancasila ideals for youth is important. This study examines five interconnected helixes to reinforce Pancasila. The five helixes are education, economy, society, politics, and environment. This research used descriptive qualitative methods. Research data came from a literature review. Results suggest that the Quintuple Helix strengthens Pancasila for millennials. The quintuple helix interaction in Indonesia describes how academics, government, economic actors, society, and the natural environment promote innovation. Technically, not all helixes produce innovation because their roles and portions vary.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This research explores the effectiveness of Instagram and TikTok as aids for enhancing students' English vocabulary acquisition. Instagram has instructional accounts that routinely publish English learning videos and introduce new vocabulary. TikTok offers exciting content that can aid in vocabulary acquisition but consumes significant data due to its video-centric design. The research investigated vocabulary learning processes and methods in both platforms in depth using a qualitative methodology and a case study design. Six English majors from a private university in South Borneo were asked to participate in this study because they had mastered English vocabulary through autonomous Instagram and TikTok use. Students saved vocabulary-related photos from these platforms to review them later. In addition, participants used the taught language in their regular activities to improve recall and employed mobile phone notes for additional practice. The urge to keep up with popular slang on Instagram and TikTok significantly motivates students to acquire new vocabulary. This indirect pursuit of slang language helps their speaking skills and reading, writing, and listening comprehension. This study highlights the importance of Instagram and TikTok in enhancing students' English vocabulary. Students can improve their language competence by utilizing educational accounts and enjoying these platforms' dynamic content. These findings have substantial implications for educators and students in the digital age who seek automated approaches to enhance language learning.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The development of science and technology has led to significant changes, shifting global supply chains into the digital and virtual realm. One of the technological advancements that offers new business opportunities, particularly in the banking sector, is e-banking, which transforms the way transactions are conducted, making them cashless. However, substantial progress in digital banking technology also brings high risks, encompassing both tangible and intangible losses, significantly if customer rights are weakened due to the bank's violations. Currently, the ITE Law and the Personal Data Protection Law in Indonesia are inadequate for safeguarding customers in the context of e-banking services. Therefore, this research aims to achieve customer security and protection from personal data leakage and fraud risks by implementing the Data Protection Authority (DPA). This approach also encourages banks to take responsibility for their actions and provides a strong legal basis for customers to seek compensation for potential losses. To address this issue, our research employs a normative juridical research method, which examines legal norms, principles, and doctrines related to protecting customers' data in digital-based banking transactions. The Data Protection Authority (DPA) is proposed as a crucial legal protection concept for safeguarding customer personal data, playing a vital role in preventing cybercrime and the misuse of personal information. With the establishment of a comprehensive DPA, law enforcement against violations in digital-based banking transactions will become more effective, preserving an individual's freedom of expression and supporting the mission of sustainable development.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court's dual-roof judicial review authority has generated new legal complications. The decisions between the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court often conflict, giving rise to legal uncertainty for justice seekers. Even though judicial review has an important role as an effort to protect the constitutional rights of citizens who are disadvantaged over the existence of norms of legislation established by the government. Through the judicial review mechanism, there is a mechanism to rectify the norms of laws and regulations to comply with the basic legal norms, namely the Constitution. However, the practice of judicial review so far in Indonesia seems ineffective because of the two-roof design at the Supreme Court and the Court. Therefore, reforming judicial review under one roof of the Constitutional Court is an alternative idea to find ways to solve existing problems. This article attempts to provide insight into the model of judicial review in Indonesia and the reformulation of judicial review authority under one roof of the Supreme Court of Justice to uphold the principle of constitutional supremacy. The study employed normative legal research methods. This study offers a reformulation of judicial review authority under one roof of the Constitutional Court. The results of this study reveal that the authority of judicial review under the two roofs of the Supreme Court and the Court has given rise to legal problems, such as conflicting decisions, which result in legal uncertainty. Ultimately, this article provides an alternative idea, namely the reformulation of judicial review authority under one roof of the Constitutional Court to create legal certainty and uphold the principle of constitutional supremacy.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The exploration of the impact of mobile payment integration on consumer behavior represents a compelling avenue of inquiry within scholarly discourse. Despite the burgeoning adoption rates of mobile payment systems, empirical research delineating its ramifications on consumer spending tendencies, particularly in terms of propensity towards overspending, remains relatively sparse. Mobile payment platforms offer unparalleled convenience, facilitating transactions across diverse contexts, yet potentially precipitating a surge in consumer expenditure. This study endeavors to elucidate the intricate relationship between mobile payment usage and tendencies towards overspending, with a particular focus on Generation Z, a cohort known for its digital fluency and proclivity towards embracing technological innovations. Employing a quantitative research methodology, structural equation modeling (SEM) is employed to dissect the nuanced impact of mobile payment adoption on consumer behavior. Drawing upon a sample of 105 Generation Z respondents, data collection was conducted online via Google Forms disseminated through various social media platforms to ensure a diverse and representative sample. Furthermore, this inquiry investigates the moderating role of gender in shaping the nexus between mobile payment utilization and overspending behavior, seeking to discern potential gender-based disparities in consumer spending patterns engendered by mobile payment adoption. The findings underscore a significant positive association between mobile payment usage and proclivities towards overspending, indicating that heightened engagement with mobile payment platforms correlates with increased consumer expenditure tendencies. Moreover, gender emerges as a salient moderator in this relationship, with females exhibiting a heightened susceptibility to consumer behavior relative to their male counterparts.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">
Bullying of students is a problem that is currently rampant in schools. It can be seen in the mass media and social media, and even television often shows cases of bullying. Bullying is negative behavior carried out by students to hurt other people. Bullying cases can occur anytime and anywhere. Therefore, schools, especially teachers, must be more concerned about cases of bullying because the impact of bullying will affect students physically and psychologically. This article describes a case of bullying in a senior high school class. The method used was an exploratory study. Researchers explored information and incidents of bullying cases in upper secondary schools, specifically class X.1 in one of the high schools in Banten. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the homeroom teacher of class X.1, along with the victim and one of the perpetrators of bullying. Based on the results of the interview, it was found that the cause of bullying was a lack of communication between both parties, resulting in misunderstandings between the two parties, egocentrism, emotional feelings, and distrust between peers. Bullying carried out by students consists of verbal, cyber, and social bullying. This bullying is included in moderate bullying because the homeroom teacher can still resolve it by discussing it with all the students. The effort to handle this case is to be a good listener to both the victim and the perpetrator, not compare the two students, and act as a mediator between the two. It is necessary to provide education about bullying so that students know the information and dangers of bullying.

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">
The phenomenon of settlement spaces on the railway border cannot be exempt from the construction of the Dutch Colonial Government that built the city of Surabaya, focused on economic growth through industrialization and trade. The policy of the Surabaya government provides legality of settlement status and fundamental service rights for local citizens as part of the social sustainability dimension, which then undermines the various relocation efforts that PT KAI (Indonesia railway company) has undertaken. The development of SDGs is expected to transform the reconstruction of residential space to create revitalization in the economic, ecological, and social sustainability dimensions. However, the reality is that Surabaya, which is considered a model of sustainable cities, still needs to implement a concrete space-based political policy based on the SDGs in the settlement space phenomenon. This article roots the phenomenon through the method of critical discourse analysis (CDA), where language, texts, and ideology of sustainability are dominated only by economic and ecological relationships in certain areas and arenas, which are thought to give a positive image and impact on the city. The analysis of the critical discourse is reinforced by Henri Lefebvre's thought in the theory of the production of space (1991) as an analysis in deducting that settlement spaces are not just physical or technical-administrative questions but concern power relations and ideology that encompass social, economic and political life. The SDGs really involve whole elements in reconstructing the political dialectics of space that support the economic, ecological and social dimensions.

The city of Cirebon has a wealth of valuable traditions and cultural heritage, especially the tradition of Panjang Jimatan in Kasepuhan Palace. However, globalization and modernization threaten the preservation of this tradition. This research aims to understand the essence of the Panjang Jimatan tradition as part of Indonesia's national identity and find strategies for its preservation in the modern era. Through a qualitative and case study approach, this research uses observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. The informants involved include traditional leaders, community organizations, and local communities. The results show that the Panjang Jimatan tradition is a religious ritual and reflects deep cultural, historical, and spiritual values. The values and symbolism in this tradition emphasize respect for the Prophet Muhammad and the spirit of mutual cooperation in the community. The new findings of this research show that the community's active involvement and the government's support are very important in preserving this tradition. This research contributes to providing new insights into cultural tradition preservation strategies as part of efforts to strengthen national identity and maintain traditional cultural heritage in Indonesia.

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">
Loneliness can trigger many problems such as social media addiction, online bullying and phubbing. Even if often ignored can trigger self-harm behavior and give rise to suicidal ideation. Many factors can influence loneliness, including one of them (which is indirectly) self-esteem. Several studies show positive and negative correlation results, some even show that self-esteem does not affect loneliness. This meta-analysis aims to see the precision value between self-esteem and loneliness, using previous research data with a larger sample size to reduce bias in the analysis, through the process of correcting sampling errors and measurement errors, so that the precision value of the correlation coefficient is obtained. The research data comes from the publication of articles over the past 10 years (2012-2022), with a sample of 21 articles that meet the criteria, originating from Google Scholar, PubMed, Pro-Quest, Springerlink, Garuda through keyword searches related to loneliness and self-esteem. The overall results of this study show a correlation coefficient of -0.61 which means that someone with high self-esteem rarely feels lonely. The sampling error and measurement error of this study were small (3.08%). The sample was divided into 3 main parts, namely students, college students, and elderly. The strongest correlation was found in the student sample (-0.76). Further research should pay attention to how the distribution of countries and variable factors other than self-esteem.

The discovery of the Binatbát na Tansô ng Laguna inscription in 1989 has significantly altered perspectives on the historical and prehistoric periods within Philippine historiography, as well as on the influence of external cultures on the development of cultural practices in the Philippine archipelago during the precolonial era. The inscription was composed in Old Malay and incorporates several lexical items from Old Javanese, indicating the influence of Old Malay and Old Javanese cultures during the precolonial period in the Philippines. The Binatbát na Tansô ng Laguna was issued by the Kingdom of Tondo in the year 900 CE (822 Saka). This study aims to examine the life of the people of the Tondo Kingdom in the 9th century through the lens of the Binatbát na Tansô ng Laguna inscription. The research employed historical methods with a qualitative approach. The inscription reflects a complex society with a hierarchical structure, as evidenced by titles such as senāpati and references to debt forgiveness, indicating the existence of an established legal and economic framework. From a linguistic perspective, the Binatbát na Tansô ng Laguna reveals substantial influence from Old Malay and Old Javanese cultures, particularly through the use of Old Javanese script and Sanskrit loanwords, suggesting strong trade and diplomatic interactions with other kingdoms such as Śrīvijaya and Medang. The term sang pamgat mḍang clearly links Tondo to the Medang Kingdom, while senāpati di tuṇḍu underscores Tondo’s local adaptation of administrative concepts originating from beyond the Philippine archipelago.

As technology advances, children’s character development is shaped by their experiences. Therefore, it is the responsibility of parents to provide continuous guidance to help children differentiate between right and wrong. This study explores the educational strategies of Luqman and their relevance to modern education. Using a qualitative approach, this research employs an analytical description based on relevant references. The study identifies five key principles for effective education: meeting the child’s needs, learning through play, creating a conducive learning environment, implementing gradual learning, and reinforcing learning through repetition. Surah Luqman [31]: 12-18 emphasizes four core values in early childhood education: Tawhid (belief in the oneness of Allah), noble character, balanced education (both worldly and spiritual knowledge), and role modeling through dialogue. These values align with modern education, which advocates an integrated approach that combines spiritual, cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Education should not only develop knowledge but also foster wisdom, emotional intelligence, and ethical behavior. To ensure holistic character development, comprehensive evaluation methods are necessary to balance intellectual and spiritual growth.

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">
Personality extraversion is an important aspect that influences the social development of adolescents, particularly high school students. While previous studies have highlighted extraversion in academic and social contexts, few have deeply examined how this dimension manifests in the social dynamics of students who are active in various social activities. This study aims to fill this gap by analyzing extraversion personality through six main aspects: affectionate, joiner, talkative, active, fun-loving, and passionate. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, four grade 11 students who are active in school organizations became the research subjects. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The findings show that extraversion personality is not only related to the frequency of social interactions, but also the quality of interpersonal relationships as well as effectiveness in organizational activities. The novelty of this study lies in its contribution in expanding the landscape of adolescent personality studies with a focus on the context of intensive social participation and the balance between external needs and self-reflection. This study also offers practical contributions in the form of recommendations for educators and psychologists in designing social skills development programs as well as social exhaustion management strategies for extroverted individuals. The results of the study enrich the theoretical understanding of personality and can be the basis for the development of personality-based interventions in the school environment.

This study aims to identify traditional Minangkabau cultural values relevant to character education and their contextual integration within contemporary educational practices, both formal and non-formal. Rooted in a rich cultural and philosophical tradition, the Minangkabau community upholds values such as deliberation (musyawarah), mutual cooperation (gotong royong), and respect for elders—principles that align closely with the objectives of character formation. Employing a qualitative research design with a historical-cultural approach, data were collected through literature review, in-depth interviews with traditional leaders and educators, and participatory observations in Minangkabau communities. Thematic analysis was used to interpret the data and identify key cultural elements with educational relevance. Findings reveal that core Minangkabau principles, notably Adat Basandi Syarak, Syarak Basandi Kitabullah, and the traditional surau-based learning model, contribute significantly to fostering ethical, social, and spiritual dimensions of character. However, the research also highlights the tension between traditional value systems and the demands of standardized modern education, which often marginalizes local wisdom. The study underscores the importance of developing culturally responsive curricula that integrate indigenous values into character education frameworks. This research contributes to broader educational discourse by offering practical insights for educators and policymakers seeking to enrich national education systems through the integration of local cultural heritage. It advocates for a sustainable approach to character education that balances cultural identity with educational innovation.

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">
Adolescents require support from their parents to help them face the challenges that arise during their development. However, in reality, not all adolescents receive parental guidance, and some end up living in orphanages. Adolescents in orphanages tend to experience pressure and problems more easily, especially in the academic field. Initial data shows that orphanage adolescents are more prone to giving up when faced with academic failure, and some have not yet determined their goals or aspirations after completing their education, which relates to academic persistence. Adolescents with a high level of religiosity tend to have better guidance and resilience. This study investigates how religiosity influences academic persistence in orphanage adolescents, highlighting its significant contribution to fostering resilience and goal-setting. The sample in this study consisted of 361 respondents, all of whom were adolescents living in orphanages in Makassar, selected using purposive sampling. The measurement tools in this study used the Centrality of Religiosity Scale (CSR-15) with a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.713 and the Academic Persistence Scale with a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.672. The results show that religiosity influences academic persistence among adolescents in orphanages in Makassar, with a significance value of 0.000 (sig 0.000; sig < 0.05) and an R-square of 0.277 or a contribution effect of 27.7% contribution of religiosity to academic persistence and the broader implications. Based on the study's findings, orphanages should increase the focus on religious education to foster adolescents' motivation to continue and complete their education to the fullest.

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">
This study presents a systematic literature review examining the intersection of progressive education and digital technology integration in contemporary learning environments. The objective is to analyze how digital tools support or challenge progressive pedagogical practices across global educational contexts. This review is categorized into five core themes for a summary of integrating progressive pedagogies, reflective learning, experiential practice, digital equity, and epistemological shifts. The methodology involved synthesizing findings from 15 selected academic sources, mapped across five thematic sections, including pedagogical integration, reflective digital practices, philosophical adaptation, traditionalism versus progressivism, and epistemological debates. Findings indicate that digital platforms enhance critical thinking, agency, and inclusivity when aligned with progressive ideals. Yet, challenges such as resistance to change, lack of digital infrastructure, and persistent traditionalist frameworks hinder broad adoption. The review underscores the growing epistemological transformation in education, where knowledge is increasingly seen as dynamic and co-constructed through digital interaction. These findings offer valuable implications for educators and policymakers seeking to implement equitable, student-centered approaches in the digital age. The study contributes to ongoing discourse on educational innovation by highlighting critical tensions and future possibilities for progressive pedagogy.

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aimed to analyze the mediating role of symbolic threat in the relationship between collective narcissism and belief in antisemitic conspiracy theories. The Jewish community in Indonesia is almost nonexistent, yet antisemitic conspiracy theories are relatively widespread. Jews have been used as scapegoats in events that had significant global impact and are often perceived as a threat through symbols associated with them. A bootstrapped mediation analysis with 5,000 iterations was conducted to examine the role of symbolic threat as a mediator between collective narcissism and belief in antisemitic conspiracy theories. Participants were recruited online, and 385 respondents (Mage = 21.57) completed the belief in Jewish conspiracy theory scale, the collective narcissism scale, and the symbolic threat scale. The analysis revealed that symbolic threat significantly mediated the relationship between collective narcissism and belief in antisemitic conspiracy theories (B = 0.51, SE = 0.06, CI95% = 0.40–0.62, p < .001). Individuals with higher levels of collective narcissism tended to perceive Jews as symbolic threats, which in turn predicted stronger belief in antisemitic conspiracy theories. This study demonstrated how symbolic threat contributes to conspiratorial belief formation and provided empirical evidence on antisemitic attitudes in Indonesia. Furthermore, the findings contributed to extending intergroup relations discourse regarding perceptions of Jews in Southeast Asia.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to analyze the influence of self-concept on the quality of friendships among female adolescents in an all-girls full-day school environment. The research employs a quantitative non-experimental design with a cross-sectional approach, utilizing simple linear regression analysis. The participants consist of female junior high school students attending a full-day school exclusively for girls in Bogor. The instruments used in this study include the Tennessee Self Concept Scale 2nd Edition (TSCS 2nd Edition) to measure self-concept and the Friendship Quality Scale (FQUA) to assess the quality of friendships. The regression results indicate a positive and significant correlation between self-concept and friendship quality (r = 0.424; p < 0.001), with self-concept contributing 18% of the variance in friendship quality. These findings suggest a significant influence of self-concept on the quality of friendships among female adolescents in the all-girls school setting.</dc:description>

This study aims to evaluate lecturer competencies at Universitas Primakara based on student perceptions, addressing the need for enhanced teaching quality in Indonesian higher education amid global competitiveness demands. Employing a mixed-methods convergent parallel design, data were collected from 268 students using a four-point Likert-scale questionnaire assessing pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies, supplemented by open-ended responses for qualitative insights. Quantitative results indicate high competency ratings, with professional (mean = 3.80, SD = 0.45) and personal (mean = 3.70, SD = 0.48) domains leading, followed by social (mean = 3.60, SD = 0.52) and pedagogical (mean = 3.55, SD = 0.50). Qualitative themes reveal strengths in subject mastery and integrity but highlight needs for innovation in teaching methods, practical relevance, and digital engagement. These findings contribute to the field by integrating student perspectives into a comprehensive competency model, supporting Outcome-Based Education (OBE) implementation. Implications include targeted professional development in project-based learning and digital tools, offering a practical framework for improving lecturer training and aligning with global educational standards.

This study examines the use of AI from the perspective of prophetic law, with an emphasis on the values of justice, benefit, and equality of rights in Islamic law, based on maqashid sharia, with the intention of protecting personal data from the uncontrolled use of AI. Additionally, it highlights the role of community organizations, particularly Muhammadiyah, in providing education and advocacy related to the protection of personal data in accordance with progressive Islamic values. The socio-legal method enabled a comprehensive analysis of the social impact and legal regulations on the protection of personal data in the context of the rapid development of AI. The results of the analysis of legal facts and empirical information show that the uncontrolled use of AI is detrimental to society. The misuse of AI has been linked to several personal data leakage issues in various countries. The integration of Islamic values, based on maqashid sharia, into data protection policies is crucial for preventing the unethical exploitation of technology and ensuring that innovation remains within the benefit of the ummah. Personal data protection is intended to maintain digital ethics based on hifzun-nafs (protection of life), hifdzul-‘aql (protection of reason), and hifdzul-‘ird (protection of honor), which can provide moral and ethical justification for the development of more humanized personal data regulations in the AI era.

Stigma against People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ) and People with Mental Health Problems (ODMK) remains a major obstacle to psychosocial recovery and community integration. This study examines the role of Griya Schizofren in Surakarta as a community-based social movement in empowering individuals with mental health challenges. A qualitative research method was employed using a case study approach through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that Griya Schizofren implements routine activities and mentoring programs, such as Fruit Day and Art Day, which create safe spaces for psychosocial recovery while fostering positive identities and egalitarian social relations. In addition, creative economic initiatives through the social entrepreneurship program Solvenesia generate both economic and social impacts beyond therapy, strengthening survivors’ social identity and serving as a form of advocacy for the recognition of the rights of ODMK and ODGJ. The strategy of social media outreach and cross-sector collaboration can broaden the reach of advocacy efforts and enhance public legitimacy. The study concludes that Griya Schizofren functions not merely as a support institution but as a New Social Movement that articulates resistance against stigma and marginalization through community-based practices. These findings highlight the importance of a holistic approach that integrates psychosocial, economic, and sociocultural dimensions within mental health movements, while also enriching theoretical discussions on the dynamics of New Social Movements in Indonesia.

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The historical narrative of Bahasa Indonesia in the books used in Indonesian universities and academic articles usually highlights three things only: the Malay language as lingua franca in Nusantara archipelago, the establishment of Balai Pustaka, and the Youth Pledge of 1928. Some important milestones may have been overlooked. This article offers a revised narrative of the history of Indonesian through its journey from a lingua franca in the Indonesian archipelago in the past to the formation of the modern Indonesian state, from Malay to Indonesian. Literature review is used in this article by involving various relevant data sources, both printed and digital, regarding the history of Bahasa Indonesia. Literature review produces several findings from the historical phase of Bahasa Indonesia. In addition, this literature review also reveals that Bahasa Indonesia finally became the national language of Indonesia after winning the competition with other languages in the Dutch East Indies. In the process, this involves the construction of identity and the struggle for power in the name of Indonesian nationalism.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study investigates English Education students’ perceptions of the use and potential abuse of Perplexity, an AI-based platform, in completing academic assignments. Employing a quantitative survey design, the study used a self-administered questionnaire consisting of 12 items measured using a five-point Likert scale. Data were obtained from 34 students at an Islamic Institute in Jambi Province, Indonesia. The instrument was validated by experts and tested for reliability using KMO, Bartlett’s Test, EFA, and Cronbach’s Alpha. The results indicate that students exhibit a strong awareness of ethical and academic implications in using Perplexity AI. Most participants acknowledged that while the tool enhances learning efficiency, excessive reliance may hinder creativity, critical thinking, and academic honesty. Students perceived Perplexity as both beneficial and potentially problematic if misused. The study underscores the need for Islamic higher education institutions to develop comprehensive AI ethics guidelines, integrate digital literacy and moral instruction into curricula, and promote responsible, value-based AI use that aligns technological advancement with academic integrity.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The development of social media in Indonesia has created a digital public space that enables people to express aspirations, criticism, and protest. One prominent phenomenon is hashtag activism, such as #BubarkanDPR. This study aimed to analyze the representation of power and public resistance in the digital discourse of #BubarkanDPR. The research combined qualitative and quantitative methods, employing descriptive and interpretative approaches to understand language patterns, symbolism, and public resistance strategies, as well as frequency analysis of words, hashtags, and lexicons to identify dominant patterns and the intensity of public expression. The data consisted of 1,237 posts on the X platform using the hashtag #BubarkanDPR from August 20 to September 1, 2025, collected through crawling using Python and tweet-harvest Node.js, and then manually cleaned. The analysis was conducted using Norman Fairclough’s AWK model of Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA), covering text analysis, discourse practice, and socio-cultural practice, with the assistance of AntConc 4.3.1 to map wordlists, word frequencies, collocations, and KWIC. The findings revealed that the DPR was represented as a symbol of corruption, betrayal, and democratic failure, while the public expressed resistance through delegitimization, collective calls, and emotional and vulgar language. These results underscore an ideological shift toward anti-establishment sentiments and highlight the role of digital democracy as a battleground for power.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to analyze the influence of social media use, demographic factors, and critical thinking skills on digital citizenship among students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational design, involving 367 active student respondents who were selected proportionally from various study programs. The results indicate that social media use and critical thinking skills have a positive and significant effect on the digital citizenship. In addition, demographic factors such as gender, parental education, and level of study also have a significant relationship with digital citizenship. Mediation analysis shows that critical thinking skills can mediate the influence of social media use on digital citizenship, but do not mediate the influence of demographics. This study provides a new contribution by revealing the important role of critical thinking skills as a mediator between social media use and digital citizenship among prospective teacher students. These findings are useful for the development of digital literacy curricula in higher education, especially in strengthening digital citizenship competencies through the use of social media and the strengthening of critical thinking skills.</dc:description>
