	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Penelitian ini dilakukan karena kebijakan pembaharuan kurikulum nasional menjadi kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, yang berisi pendekatan Differentiated Learning dan Proyek Penguatan Profil Siswa Pancasila (P5) untuk jenjang SD hingga SMA. Hal yang menarik untuk dipelajari disini adalah bagaimana menerapkan kebijakan ini dalam ranah pendidikan vokasi di SMK (SMK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana pendekatan pembelajaran yang diferensiasi diterapkan pada Proyek Penguatan Profil Siswa Pancasila di SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman digunakan dalam analisis data, termasuk pengurangan data, tampilan, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan melibatkan analisis kesiapan sekolah, membentuk komite, menetapkan indikator keberhasilan, memberikan pelatihan P5 bagi guru, memetakan siswa menggunakan penilaian diagnostik, menentukan tema P5, dan merancang modul pembelajaran. Implementasi meliputi sosialisasi P5, proses pembelajaran yang berbeda, bimbingan produk, dan proyek expo produktif. Evaluasi telah dilakukan melalui sesi refleksi di akhir setiap pelajaran, rubrik kinerja, dan tes tertulis. Secara umum, pendekatan pembelajaran yang dibedakan sebagai modul Proyek Penguatan Profil Siswa Pancasila di Sekolah Vokasi telah dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan dan memberikan dampak positif bagi siswa, ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya antusiasme dan hasil penilaian yang memuaskan.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The research aimed at describing; (1) the preparation of earning programs, (2) implementation of earning programs, (3) evaluation of earning programs, (4) earning support factors, (5) earning inhibiting factors, and (6) efforts / solutions regarding earning inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive case study research. The results of this study are: (1) the preparation of earning programs using a dua curriculum namely K13 and KTSP, (2) the implementation of earning programs administratively using two curricula namely K13 and KTSP. However, due to the good condition of the school condition of the condition of the facilities and infrastructure and also the condition of the students so that the earning process is closer to using KTSP, (3) evaluation of the earning program conducted by the teacher there are two types of earning evaluation namely summative evaluation which is meant summative evaluation namely evaluation conducted by the teacher in order to determine the results and development or progress of student earning, and also in addition to summative evaluation the teacher also uses formative evaluation which is an evaluation conducted by the teacher in order to improve and enhance the earning and teaching process, (4) there are two factors supporting earning the first source is the school’s internal environment and also the school’s externa environment, (5) there are two factors that inhibit earning, the first is from the school’s internal environment and also the school’s externa environment, (6) efforts/solutions regarding earning inhibiting factors, there are two ways that schools do in dealing with earning barriers, namely depending on the source of the obstacle. 	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This research aims to understand and explore the experiences of 1st grade elementary school students in using Quizizz as an interactive learning medium. Each student's learning experience can vary based on various factors such as individual preferences, learning methods, and their educational background. Therefore, the focus of this research is to understand more deeply how these students interact with Quizizz, starting from their level of motivation to their experience in practical use of this application as well as seeing how this tool influences their motivation, participation and academic achievement. This type of research is qualitative research with the research method used, namely descriptive. The data collection process is carried out through purposive sampling where the researcher decides to determine the individuals and locations to study and understand the central phenomenon. This research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah Tonggalan Klaten, namely in class 1D with 1 teacher and 10 students. The data collection process was carried out using in-depth structured interviews with class 1D teachers. Next, for 10 students, a focus group discussion (FGD) was carried out which was divided into 2 sessions with each session consisting of 5 students. Using Quizizz as an interactive learning tool for 1st grade elementary school students provides a positive experience and has an impact on their learning motivation. Students enjoy the interactivity, variety of questions, and gaming elements offered by this platform. Positive impacts are also seen in increasing students' active participation, self-confidence and intrinsic motivation. From a teacher's perspective, Quizizz is considered effective in enhancing learning and providing a useful evaluation tool. Therefore, the integration of Quizizz in 1st grade elementary school learning can be considered a positive step to improve the quality of education through the effective use of technology.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">In the digital era, the leadership of school principals necessitates serious consideration to act as a catalyst for teachers adapting to changes. Principals must be capable of addressing the various challenges of education and transforming problems into opportunities to establish schools, that yield high-quality graduates. They must also generate creative and innovative ideas in their leadership role. There are several leadership styles that principals can adopt in the digital era, including authoritarian, democratic, laissez-faire, transformational, transactional, and authoritarian styles. This research aims to comprehend and describe the various challenges principals face in the digital era. It employed a qualitative descriptive approach and interview methods and was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah Special Program Rabbani Karanganom, Klaten, Central Java. Interviews were conducted with the principal, ICT teachers, and a driving teacher. The research concludes that principals, as leaders, must confront various challenges in democratic and styles being the most dominant, in the digital era should provide comfort, with the democratic and transformational styles being the most dominant.  Digital leaders in schools should embody four main characteristics: problem-solving, collaboration, a love for learning, and a student-focused approach.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Implementation of technology-based education financial management in Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia can provide an effective solution for managing funds. however, the lack of education financial management is reflected in the use of applications that are not yet optimal, which results in the data collection, processing and data search processes being less efficient. this research aims not only to determine the capacity of Islamic boarding schools in Klaten in facing changes in digital-based education financial management, but also to describe and analyze digital-based education financial management at Islamic boarding schools in Klaten. the research method used is descriptive qualitative research. the results of this research show that Islamic boarding schools in Klaten have implemented digital-based education financial management with the syahriah application. the process involves planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. the benefits of digital-based payments provide convenience for guardians of santri, including payment of tuition fees, top-ups, and monitoring of arrears. for treasurers/staff, using this application helps in checking, minimizing errors, providing payment notifications, and increasing the efficiency of financial reports. even though there are obstacles such as not understanding its use, outreach to student guardians and a quick response from BSI is a solution to these technical obstacles. the conclusion from this research is that the Islamic boarding school in Klaten has succeeded in implementing digital-based financial management providing significant benefits for student guardians and the treasurer/staff. even though there are technical obstacles, the solution presented is quite suitable.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">In the field of education, social media has a contribution to improving school branding. SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bandung city took advantage of this opportunity as a means of promoting the school to make it better known to the wider community. The aim of this research is to determine the use of school websites and Instagram as promotional tools to improve school branding. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. he instruments used in this research were the principal, deputy principal for Student Affairs, deputy principal for Public Relations, website and Instagram admin. The results of this research are that schools utilize social media, especially websites and Instagram, optimally with comprehensive management; consist of good planning, clear organization, implementation that follows the school's agenda both intra and extra, as well as regular evaluation. The effectiveness of website and Instagram media can be seen from the number of views, likes, comments and additional followers from regular and continuous posts, which also has an impact on the top position in Google searches and the Instagram application. There are several obstacles in optimizing the use of school accounts, but there are future plans to develop and improve these social media accounts for optimal results in promoting school branding</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This article explores the Management of Merdeka Curriculum Digitalization at the Junior High School (SMP) level as a response to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The government and educational institutions are challenged to adapt to the new situation, including the development of online learning models. In this context, digital literacy is crucial, involving not only technical skills but also wise attitudes and behaviors towards digital information. The article highlights the importance of digital curriculum management to ensure education in line with the spirit of Merdeka Belajar. Challenges such as limited access to technology, teacher training, and the protection of student data privacy are addressed, with proposed solutions and implementation strategies. School principals and policymakers are expected to lead digital transformation in schools, emphasizing the importance of collaboration among schools, teachers, students, and parents. By understanding Merdeka Curriculum Digitalization Management comprehensively, it is expected to create an educational ecosystem that is adaptive, innovative, and responsive to technological developments.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Education is vital in life. Educators must excel in their roles as leaders in formal education and perform well in their jobs. Any issues arising from these aspects will affect the assessment of a teacher's job performance in a school. This research aims to examine the influence of emotional intelligence, work-family conflict, and non-work presenteeism on teacher job performance at SMP-SMA Dian Harapan, Daan Mogot Jakarta. A questionnaire was distributed to gather data from 73 teachers. This study is quantitative research using path analysis as the analytical method. The results indicate that emotional intelligence has a positive influence (0,390) on job performance, while work-family conflict and non-work presenteeism have a negative influence (-0,030 and -0,293) on job performance.</dc:description>

The study aims to identify the strategies employed by the school principal in building harmonious relationship with the community. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method and an educational sociology approach. Data collection involves interviews, observations, and documentation. The research finding indicates that the school principal has successfully formulated effective strategies to build a harmonious relationship with the community through 1. Making collaboration the cornerstone of the principal's strategy, 2. Involving parents, teachers, and the community, 3. Mobilize the active role of teachers in strategic planning, and 4. Listen and create a positive learning environment.  This study provides a profound understanding of the importance of a harmonious relationship between the school and the community in enhancing educational quality, as well as the pivotal role of the school principal in creating a positive educational environment.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The purpose of this study is to decrypt the implementation of the Child Friendly School program and develop the character of students at SD Negeri 1 Pulaupanggung Tanggamus. This study provides a comprehensive overview of child-friendly school programs. The child-friendly program is not just a program at SD Negeri 1 Pulaupanggung but the importance of a child-friendly seklah program for student character building since elementary school. This study intends to find an overview of child-friendly school programs both in terms of supporters and obstacles.at SD Negeri 1 Pulaupanggung This type of research is descriptive qualitative in assessing field phenomena that occur. The implementation of child-friendly school programs is carried out by means of interviews, observations, and documentation. The implementation of child-friendly programs is carried out in 4 steps, namely: (1) Child-friendly school policy programs; (2) Educators and education personnel trained in children's rights; (3) Implementation of a child-friendly learning process, the application of non-violent discipline; and a safe, comfortable and clean school environment; (4) Student participation in learning. Child-friendly school policy programs include programs carried out in collaboration with students in the classroom, for example, teachers as role models should not commit violence against students or set an example in front of students. Educators and education personnel must understand the rights that must be obtained by students, if educators do not understand educators must attend related trainings. The implementation of child-friendly learning processes both in the classroom and outdoors is mandatory in accordance with the rules and policies of child-friendly school programs. Student participation in learning will increase because students feel safe and comfortable when studying so that achievements will be highlighted by students.</dc:description>

This research provides a comprehensive overview of the management of the learning environment and its impact on the student learning experience. It is important to understand that good learning environment conditions not only include physical aspects, but also involve interaction between teachers, students, and the surrounding environment.  This type of research is descriptive qualitative in examining field phenomena that occur. Data collection is carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The implementation of good management by the principal and human resources is carried out in 4 stages, namely: planning the learning environment management, organizing the management directing the management of the learning environment, and controlling the management of the learning environment. The planning stage includes improvements made by the principal by preparing a work program. Organizing is carried out by giving responsibility to subject teachers, homeroom teachers, TU staff, and ranks. The implementation of activities is carried out by all school residents in order to achieve the desired goals in accordance with the vision-mission in the school. Briefings are carried out by the principal to all school residents so that activities can run well. Controlling is a supervision carried out to find out the activities carried out both during KBM and activities related to administration that will support the sustainability of the school</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to describe the implementation of Scout extracurricular activities and the character values contained in Scout extracurricular activities at SMAN 1 Talang Padang. This study intends to find an overview of management strategies especially in scout extracurricular activities. This type of research is descriptive qualitative in examining field phenomena that occur. This research was conducted on principals, vice principals for curriculum, scout coaches, and student activities both in the field and indoors. Data collection is carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation.  The results are the application of good management to extracurricular scouts to shape the character is carried out in 4 stages, namely: planning the learning environment, organizing the learning environment, directing the management, and controlling the management of the learning environment. The planning stage includes the recruitment of scout coaches by the principal, time management, financial management, preparation of work programs, and preparation of materials. Organizing is done by giving responsibility to the homeroom teacher to direct students to participate in extracurricular scouts, and giving responsibility to the scout coach. The implementation of activities is carried out once a week. Briefings are made by the principal to the scout leader so that the activity can run well. Controlling is a supervision carried out to find out whether scout activities are running well or not</dc:description>

Primary education, particularly, lays the cornerstone for children's academic, social, and character development. In the contemporary educational landscape, literacy, numeracy, and religious education stand as indispensable pillars, essential not only as basic skills but also as the bedrock for academic prowess and daily life. Character development takes precedence, offering a sturdy moral and ethical scaffold for students. However, amidst the ever-changing times, the task of providing comprehensive education grows more intricate, prompting schools to embrace innovative programs that seamlessly integrate crucial elements such as literacy, numeracy, religious education, and character building. Enter the SMART Student Program, designed to bolster students' literacy, numeracy, and tahfidz skills while nurturing robust character traits. This study delves into the SMART Student Program's impact on enhancing students' literacy, numeracy, and tahfidz skills and its repercussions on character development. Employing a quantitative descriptive approach, data from questionnaires, program outcomes, and student attendance spanning two months are analyzed. Regression and correlation analyses reveal a significant positive correlation between the SMART Student Program and students' basic competencies, underscoring the pivotal role of school culture in shaping student character and academic performance The study reveals a significant correlation between school culture and students' basic competencies, supported by a significance value &amp;lt; 0.05. This study furnishes empirical evidence underscoring the significance of school culture in character formation and advocates for educational paradigms centered on character values.</dc:description>

This research aims to outline the importance of implementing TQM in improving the quality of education through increasing the discipline of teacher performance as well as identifying concrete solutions that can be taken to improve teacher performance in educational institutions. The research method used is a literature review study or literature study referring to the prism standard flow of searching for papers based on keywords from a website in the form of Google Scholar, Science Direct, and Emerald Insight. Then the researcher’s group with identification, screening and include stages then review the findings regarding TQM in schools and its impact on teacher work discipline and education quality. The results found that teacher performance discipline is a very important aspect in the educational context because it has a significant impact on the quality of education. However, there are still findings that there are irregularities in disciplinary practices carried out by teachers in a few educational institutions.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The implementation of school-based management is expected to increase the independence of schools in allocating available resources. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The method for determining subjects was done using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection techniques consisted of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model by Milles and Huberman. The technique for checking data validity used source triangulation, technical triangulation, time triangulation, and member checks. The research results obtained are as follows: (1) school-based management planning is carried out by formulating, establishing, and developing the school’s vision, mission, and goals, identifying school needs, and compiling a work program, (2) implementation is conducted by creating an organizational structure, carrying out various school activities according to the school work program, and following the principles of independence, partnership, transparency, and accountability, (3) evaluation is done by monitoring programs, conducting school self-evaluation, and assessing the achievement of work programs, (4) supporting factors include complete and appropriate facilities and infrastructure, quality teachers and educational staff, good partnerships with various parties, a unique school culture, and a strong sense of nationalism, (5) inhibiting factors include the unavailability of water sources in the school environment and the suboptimal empowerment of teachers and educational staff. In conclusion, the implementation of school-based management has improved the quality of education at Senior High School 1 Sungai Kakap, Kubu Raya Regency.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This research is motivated by the fact that many institutions have not yet implemented the holistic integrative early childhood education (PAUD) program. The aim of this research is to understand the implementation of essential services, parental involvement, challenges and obstacles, evaluation, and the impact of the holistic integrative PAUD program in PAUD units. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with case studies in several PAUD institutions that implement the program. Data collection was done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of the holistic integrative early childhood development program conducted at TK ABA Wates, TK ABA Wonokriyo, and TK Muslimat can meet the essential needs of children, enhance cooperation with parents in carrying out the school program, and the implementation of holistic integrative PAUD also impacts child development, the quality of institutions, and the role of parents. However, there are still challenges and obstacles, such as limitations in facilities and the competency of educators, and schools still need to conduct evaluations and monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of the holistic integrative PAUD program. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of understanding, integrity, and good management, as well as ongoing support from the government and relevant stakeholders to ensure the success of early childhood development programs.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The research aims to describe the planning of recruitment, selection, placement, reward, supervision, and supporting factors in the implementation of educational quality management at SMP IT Al Mumtaz Pontianak. The research takes the form of a qualitative approach with a case study design. There are four subjects aged 35-43 years old, consisting of 1 principal, 1 vice principal for curriculum, 1 treasurer, and 1 staff member of the foundation in the HR department. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis utilizes the interactive model by Miles and Huberman, which involves data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Data validity is ensured through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The main findings of the research are: (1) Planning (recruitment) is carried out in accordance with the stages, guided by quality management, and complies with the SIT educator standards, (2) Selection is done through administrative processes, interviews, and microteaching, (3) Placement is based on educational qualifications and competency as educators, (4) Rewards for educators meet school criteria in the form of direct and indirect monetary and material incentives, (5) Supervision is effectively conducted through routine agendas to report activity results and school budgets, (6) Supporting factors in the implementation of educational quality management include internal and external factors. In conclusion, educational quality management has been implemented at SMP IT Al Mumtaz Pontianak. The implications range from planning (recruitment), selection, placement, reward, supervision, and supporting factors in the implementation of quality management at SMP IT Al Mumtaz.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">A positive work culture in the school environment is a key element in improving the quality of education. This study aims to analyse the role of school principals in building a teacher's work culture at SD Negeri 2 Kuripan, focusing on five main aspects: discipline, cooperation, commitment, creativity, and professionalism. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results of the study show that school principals play a central role in creating a conducive work environment. The principal encourages discipline through exemplary and fair application of rules, facilitates cooperation through collective activities, and strengthens teachers' commitment by providing appreciation and emotional support. In addition, creativity and innovation are encouraged through the provision of facilities and the freedom to experiment, while teachers' professionalism is enhanced through continuous training and effective monitoring. The conclusion of this study confirms that strategic, inclusive, and vision-based leadership of school principals can significantly improve teachers' work culture. The recommendations are directed at strengthening professional development, internal communication, and a culture of innovation to support the sustainability of improving the quality of education.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning(PBL) model assisted by YouTube in geography learning, and (2) its effect on students’ learningmotivation and learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Penebel usinga quasi-experimental approach with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Class samples wereselected through simple random sampling from equivalent class pairs, resulting in class X2 as theexperimental group (E) and class X4 as the control group (C). Data collection was carried out throughobservation, surveys, tests, documentation, and document analysis. The data were analyzed usingqualitative descriptive methods and inferential statistical analysis with a t-test. The results indicatethat: (1) the YouTube-assisted PBL model can be implemented by geography teachers with a very highlevel of effectiveness (score of 87.5), (2) the implementation of the model has a highly significanteffect on students’ learning motivation (significance value 0.000 &amp;lt; 0.05), and (3) on students’ academicachievement (significance value 0.003 &amp;lt; 0.05). Based on these findings, the YouTube-assisted PBLmodel is recommended as an interactive learning alternative for high school geography teachers toenhance student motivation and academic performance.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Leadership in Islamic educational institutions plays a crucial role in fostering organizational harmony and effectiveness, particularly in managing conflicts. This study aims to identify the ideal leadership style for conflict management in Islamic educational institutions through an empirical qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis at several Islamic educational institutions. The findings indicate that transformational and participative leadership styles are more effective in resolving conflicts compared to authoritarian or laissez-faire approaches. Leaders who demonstrate strong communication skills, actively listen to diverse perspectives, and make fair decisions tend to create a more conducive working environment. This study highlights that adopting adaptive leadership styles grounded in Islamic values can enhance conflict management within Islamic educational institutions.

The population in this studyconsisted of 39 respondents, and the sampling method was saturated sampling, specifically targetingpublic junior high school teachers in the Jelai Hulu District, totaling 39 individuals. The respondentshad a minimum work experience of two years and were classified as Civil Servants. Among them,there were 18 male respondents aged 25-45 years and 21 female respondents aged 22-48 years. Theresearch method involved data collection using a questionnaire technique with a data collection toolin the form of a questionnaire list. The instruments developed consisted of three variables: teacherperformance, workload, and teacher work productivity. In this case, the questionnaire containingquestions will be distributed to teachers in the Jelai Hulu sub-district. The collected data will betabulated, followed by measurement using a Likert scale. The data will be analyzed using the SPSS29.00 program. Subsequently, validity, reliability, normality, linearity, and hypothesis tests will beconducted.Based on the findings and data analysis, the research concludes that:(1)Teacher performance has an influence on the work productivity of public junior high school teachersin Jelai Hulu District by 10.91%, (2) Workload has an influence on the work productivity of public juniorhigh school teachers in Jelai Hulu District by -2.34%, and teacher performance and workload togetherhave an influence on the work productivity of public junior high school teachers in Jelai Hulu Districtby 59.60%. With these findings, it can be concluded that teacher performance significantly affectsthe work productivity of teachers, and workload also has an inverse effect on the work productivity ofteachers, as indicated by the value of -23.40%. The negative value in the data obtained means that thehigher the workload, the lower the work productivity of the teachers.The implications of this researchare (1) For teachers, they should always prepare materials and lesson plans as an implementationof pedagogical skills, (2) For teachers, in accepting work burdens according to regulations, they willreceive a minimum of 24 contact hours and a maximum of 38 contact hours, so that time can be usedeffectively and efficiently, (3) For teachers and researchers, it is recommended to conduct researchwith other variables besides teacher performance and workburden.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to: (1) Describe the implementation of the SOLE model assisted by Google Sites in geography learning, and (2) Analyze the effectiveness and impact of the SOLE model assisted by Google Sites on students' problem-solving abilities. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Seririt with tenth-grade students. The study employed a pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. The experimental and control classes were selected using a simple random sampling technique from pairs of equivalent classes based on a prior class equivalence test. Based on this selection, class X-7, consisting of 36 students, was designated as the experimental group, while class X-9, also consisting of 36 students, served as the control group. Data were collected through observations and essay tests using validated instruments. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques with a t-test.The findings indicate that: (1) The implementation of the SOLE model assisted by Google Sites in geography learning falls into the high category, with an average score of 87.5, (2) The N-Gain score in the experimental class was 0.70 (moderate category), while the control class scored 0.122 (low category), and (3) The SOLE model assisted by Google Sites had a significant impact on students' problem-solving abilities in geography learning, as evidenced by Sig (2- tailed) = 0.000 &amp;lt; 0.05 at p = 0.05. Based on these results, it is recommended that geography teachers implement the SOLE model assisted by Google Sites to enhance students' problem-solving skills in geography learning.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Employee performance is a key factor in the effectiveness of government organizations, especially in the regional education sector. Effective leadership can affect employee motivation, productivity, and job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Tanggamus Regency Education Office and identify the most effective leadership strategies in improving the quality of employee work. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation analysis, with the main informants consisting of heads of agencies, heads of fields, and employees with various levels of position. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing as proposed by Miles and Huberman (1994). The results of the study show that transformational leadership styles are more effective in improving employee motivation and performance compared to authoritarian or transactional leadership styles. Leaders who are open to innovation, provide emotional support, and implement effective communication are able to create a more productive and harmonious work environment. However, the study also found that leadership effectiveness is greatly influenced by external factors such as national policies, incentive systems, and the availability of work facilities. The implications of this study show that strengthening the leadership system in the local government sector needs to be accompanied by leadership training programs, incentive system reform, and the use of technology in education management. This study contributes to the development of leadership theory in the context of public organizations and provides recommendations for policymakers in improving the effectiveness of leadership in the regional education sector.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to analyze the implementation of differentiated instruction strategies at public junior high schools in Pubian District, Central Lampung. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with teachers and principals, and analysis of teaching documents. The findings reveal that the implementation of differentiated instruction remains suboptimal in four key aspects: content, process, product, and learning environment. Most teachers have not conducted diagnostic assessments, resulting in uniform content delivery regardless of students’ readiness levels. The teaching process is still dominated by lecture-based methods with limited learning style adaptation. Although task variations exist, students are not given the freedom to choose products that match their interests and strengths. Moreover, the classroom environment is not fully inclusive, as teachers tend to focus more on high-achieving students. These results highlight the need for systemic support, teacher training, and policy reinforcement to promote inclusive, student-centered learning aligned with the goals of the Merdeka Curriculum.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to analyze the performance of Guidance and Counseling teachers in facing the dynamics of curriculum change. This study focuses on analyzing the strengths and opportunities, weaknesses and threats, and strategies of Guidance and Counseling teacher performance in facing curriculum change. The research approach used is qualitative with descriptive methods. The subjects of this study were three Guidance and Counseling teachers of junior high schools in Tanggamus who were selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were obtained through observation, structured interviews, and documentation which were analyzed using triangulation techniques to increase validity. The results of the study indicate that Guidance and Counseling teachers have strengths and opportunities to face weaknesses and threats, as well as strategies in optimizing the performance of Guidance and Counseling teachers in facing curriculum change. The strengths and opportunities of Guidance and Counseling teachers include: 4 competencies of Guidance and Counseling teachers, as well as stakeholder support, available infrastructure, peer support, and student perceptions of Guidance and Counseling. Meanwhile, the weaknesses and threats are inability in time management, lack of focus, not yet optimal in archiving, leaders who do not understand BK, facilities and infrastructure, various student problems, and changes in government policy. The strategy is that Guidance and Counseling teachers are able to: (1) utilize existing strengths and opportunities, (2) overcome weaknesses by utilizing existing opportunities, (3) utilize strengths to face threats, and (4) minimize weaknesses to face threats. This study contributes to the development of using SWOT analysis in analyzing supporting and inhibiting factors in the performance of Guidance and Counseling teachers which will be a guideline in determining strategies so that the performance of Guidance and Counseling teachers in facing curriculum changes can run optimally.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to analyze the influence of Learning Management based on Problem Based Learning(PBL) and Learning Interest on Student Achievement in State Elementary Schools in Pugung District.The PBL model is considered effective in improving students’ critical thinking and problem-solvingskills. The research method used was quantitative with an ex post facto approach, involving 100teachers from 36 schools in the sub-district. Data was collected through questionnaires and conceptcomprehension tests, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that PBLLearning Management had a significant positive influence on student achievement, with a regressioncoefficient of 0.571. In addition, Interest in Learning also contributes positively to student achievement,with a regression coefficient of 0.593. Simultaneous tests showed that the two variables togetherexplained 70.7% of the variation in student achievement. These findings confirm the importance ofgood learning management and the development of learning interests in improving student learningoutcomes. This research is expected to be the basis for the development of more effective educationpolicies in rural areas.</dc:description>

This study employs a qualitativeapproach using a case study method at a vocational high school in Indonesia. Data were collectedthrough in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of school documents. The findings revealthat principals who have a clear vision, strong managerial skills, and the ability to motivate andinspire both teachers and students can significantly enhance the quality of graduates. Furthermore,collaborative and participatory leadership is also proven to be crucial in creating a conducive andinnovative learning environment. These findings highlight the importance of adaptive and proactiveleadership in addressing the challenges of education in the era of globalization.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This research aims to explore and identify effective strategies within the guidance and counseling (BK) program that can enhance student attendance rates at SMA Negeri 2 Kotaagung. In the educational context, student attendance is a crucial indicator of academic success and character development. By exploring collective wisdom from various sources,&amp;nbsp; this research aspires to contribute to the development of more relevant and impactful BK programs. The study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, involving in- depth interviews, observations, and document analysis related to the implementation of the BK program. The findings reveal that active student engagement in the BK program, increased family support, transportation services, fostering a passion for learning, bullying prevention, and school health services are effective strategies in improving student attendance. Moreover, the use of technology, such as attendance monitoring applications, is also acknowledged as a critical element in supporting the program’s success. The research also uncovers that collective wisdom, involving teachers, counselors, parents, and students in creating an inclusive and supportive school environment, is a key factor in enhancing student motivation and commitment to attending school consistently.</dc:description>

Observations conducted by the researcher on the principal andteachers of the Aster 1 Cluster, which consists of public elementary schools (SD Negeri) inTanggamus Regency, aimed to assess the effectiveness of indicators for improving workmotivation and teacher performance. Through classroom teacher observations and interviews, itwas concluded that more attention is needed to improve the quality of education in schools byfocusing on teachers’ motivation and performance. Based on the above issues, the author hasprepared a thesis proposal entitled “The Influence of Principal’s Academic Supervision on WorkMotivation and Performance of Public Elementary School Teachers in Tanggamus Regency”. Theaim is to examine the influence of academic supervision by principals on teachers’ work motivationand performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a simple regression design. Toobtain the necessary information, an ex post facto method was applied. The population in thisstudy consists of public elementary school teachers in the Aster 2 Cluster, Sumberejo District,which includes 6 schools. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula. The researchinstruments include questionnaires on the principal’s academic supervision, work motivation,and teacher performance. Data analysis involved: (a) prerequisite tests, including normality test,homogeneity test, and multicollinearity test; and (b) hypothesis testing using simple regressionanalysis. After conducting the analysis, the research findings revealed that: (a) The principal’sacademic supervision significantly affects teachers’ work motivation, with an influence percentageof 95.3%; and (b) The principal’s academic supervision significantly affects teacher performance,with an influence percentage of 80.2%. The results of this study are also expected to serve as areference for future research, which should consider other variables that may influence teachers’ workmotivation and performance, such as pedagogical competence, communication, and other factors.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This research aims to describe and analyze how teachers use/implement based learning media ofInformation Technology (IT) so that they can foster student responses and find out how teachersovercome obstacles in implementing based learning media of IT and find out the teacher evaluationsystem to determine learning outcomes by conducting observations and interviews with teachers atUPT SMPN 2 Ambarawa using observation sheets and interview guidelines. The results obtainedare that the use-based media of IT at UPT SMPN 2 Ambarawa is still limited, this is because thelimitations of teachers in the IT world are still lacking, besides the lack of facilities and infrastructurein schools, then the way teachers foster student responses varies, but with use-based learning mediaof IT can foster student responses. The teacher’s way overcome obstacles in based learning of IT isthat teachers more often use based learning media of IT that are easy to apply or operate based onthe abilities of teachers, students and existing facilities and infrastructure. Based on student learningevaluations, both formative and summative learning outcome evaluations from the cognitive, affectiveand psychomotor domains, based learning of IT has an effect on student learning outcomes, namelythat student learning outcomes increase compared to learning using monotonous or conventionalmethods. This can be seen from student scores that reach the KKM.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to analyse the influence of principal leadership and conflict management on teachers’work motivation. A quantitative approach is used with a type of correlational research. Data wascollected through a questionnaire with the Likert scale, followed by tests of validity, reliability,normality, and linearity. The study was conducted on 141 high school teachers in Kotaagung Districtwith a sample taken proportionally using the Slovin formula. The results of the study show that theleadership of school principals has a significant positive influence on teachers’ work motivation witha contribution of 25.1%. Conflict management also had a significant positive effect with a contributionof 16.6%. However, when tested together, leadership and conflict management did not show asignificant influence on teachers’ work motivation, indicating that there were other factors that weremore dominant in influencing work motivation. This research makes a theoretical contribution tothe development of literature on the role of transformational leadership and conflict management inincreasing teachers’ work motivation. Practically, these results can be a reference for school principalsand policymakers to create a conducive work environment through effective leadership and conflictmanagement.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Leadership in education significantly impacts the success of educational units and students’ academic performance. Effective principals foster inclusive communication, reward achievements, and encourage teamwork, creating a motivating environment. Work climate is equally crucial, influencing teacher performance through support, communication, recognition, and access to resources, enhancing teacher motivation and satisfaction. This study examines the influence of leadership and work climate on teacher performance in public junior high schools in Pagelaran Subdistrict. Using a quantitative approach and an ex-post facto design, data were collected from teachers at SMP Negeri 1 and SMP Negeri 2 Pagelaran through purposive sampling. Analysis methods included normality, linearity, and multicollinearity tests, along with regression analyses. Findings reveal that principal leadership positively affects teacher performance (40.5%), work climate has a stronger effect (48.9%), and their combined influence contributes 49.7%. These results emphasize the importance of leadership and work climate in enhancing educational outcomes.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to analyze the role of school principals in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in State Elementary School, Pulau Panggung District. The background of this research is based on the challenges faced in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, such as limited resources, lack of teacher training, and adaptation to innovative learning methods. The principal has a strategic role in supporting the implementation of this curriculum, both as managers, supervisors, and entrepreneurs in managing and developing learning media. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation involving principals and teachers. The results of the study show that school principals have a significant role in directing, supervising, and optimizing the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. There are obstacles such as lack of technological skills, time constraints, and resistance to changes in the school environment. Therefore, increased training, closer collaboration between principals and teachers, and more comprehensive policy support are needed to overcome these obstacles. The leadership of the principal contributes greatly to the successful implementation of the Independent Curriculum, with a positive impact on the quality of learning.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to analyze the implementation of coaching-based academic supervision in improving the quality of learning in the Independent Curriculum. Rooted in the theory of academic supervision and coaching, this study highlights the importance of implementing coaching-based academic supervision in the TIRTA (Objectives, Identification, Action Plan, and Responsibilities) flow. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, involving observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings of the study show that supervision plays an active role in helping teachers through a participatory and holistic approach, involving classroom observation, self-reflection, and constructive feedback. Supervision helps agree on goals, identify teachers’ weaknesses and strengths, develop development action plans that are directed and in accordance with teachers’ needs, significantly improve the quality of learning in line with the TIRTA model. Motivation and support from supervision encourage teachers to develop innovative ideas, while shared commitment and structured monitoring ensure the successful implementation of the action plan. Obstacles in the implementation of supervision can be overcome with an adaptive, empathetic, and continuous training approach. An important contribution of the research is the development of supervision strategies that empower teachers and support the implementation of a student-cantered curriculum. This study suggests the importance of coaching-based academic supervision as an effective approach in supervision in helping teachers support and empower teachers to improve the quality of learning in the Independent Curriculum.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Implementation of technology-based education financial management in Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia can provide an effective solution for managing funds. however, the lack of education financial management is reflected in the use of applications that are not yet optimal, which results in the data collection, processing and data search processes being less efficient. this research aims not only to determine the capacity of Islamic boarding schools in Klaten in facing changes in digital-based education financial management, but also to describe and analyze digital-based education financial management at Islamic boarding schools in Klaten. the research method used is descriptive qualitative research. the results of this research show that Islamic boarding schools in Klaten have implemented digital-based education financial management with the syahriah application. the process involves planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. the benefits of digital-based payments provide convenience for guardians of santri, including payment of tuition fees, top-ups, and monitoring of arrears. for treasurers/staff, using this application helps in checking, minimizing errors, providing payment notifications, and increasing the efficiency of financial reports. even though there are obstacles such as not understanding its use, outreach to student guardians and a quick response from BSI is a solution to these technical obstacles. the conclusion from this research is that the Islamic boarding school in Klaten has succeeded in implementing digital-based financial management providing significant benefits for student guardians and the treasurer/staff. even though there are technical obstacles, the solution presented is quite suitable.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study evaluates the implementation of differentiated learning in PAUD driving schools in Pringsewu Regency using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The background of the research is that the application of differentiated learning in local PAUD institutions has not been evenly distributed. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with interview, documentation, and observation instruments. The results of the study show that the implementation of differentiated learning has been effective, as seen from the suitability of the school environment and children's characteristics. Input factors include relevant curriculum, resources, and learning materials. The learning process uses various strategies according to students' readiness, interests, and learning profiles. Student learning outcomes include improved material comprehension, critical thinking skills, motivation, confidence, and active participation. The research recommends teacher competency training, the formation of learning communities, and periodic monitoring and evaluation. The implication is the need for curriculum adjustments and the commitment of all stakeholders to create a meaningful learning environment and support differentiated learning.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to analyze educational management strategies in implementing a child-centered approach to early childhood learning in kindergarten settings. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, the research was conducted at TK Cahaya Bangsa in Semarang, Central Java. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the educational management strategies include thematic curriculum planning, flexible scheduling, participative leadership, and active parental involvement. The child-centered approach is implemented through project-based learning, environmental exploration, and thematic activities that position children as active participants in the learning process. The main challenges identified involve limited learning resources, varying teacher competencies, and fluctuating levels of parental engagement. Nevertheless, effective management strategies significantly contribute to creating a child-centered learning environment that fosters autonomy, creativity, and social development. This study offers valuable implications for early childhood education policy and managerial practices in preschool institutions.

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to analyze in depth the role of pedagogic competence of teachers of Government
Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK) in improving the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 1 Talangpadang, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung Province. Using a qualitative approach of the case study type, this study involves PPPK teachers, school principals, and students as informants. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that although PPPK teachers have conceptual mastery of pedagogic aspects such as planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning, the level of implementation is still uneven. The main obstacles faced include the absence of post-placement training, lack of reflective academic supervision, and limited supporting technology facilities. However, in general, PPPK teachers have been able to maintain the quality of basic learning, although it is not optimal in creating innovative, adaptive, and Independent Curriculum-based learning. This research emphasizes the urgency of strengthening a contextual and sustainable professional coaching system for PPPK teachers, in order to maximize their contribution to improving the quality of education in public schools, especially in non-urban areas.

	<dc:title xml:lang="en-US">Persepsi Siswa Terhadap Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Bistek Art Show di SMK Bistek Bekasi</dc:title>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Kegiatan ekstrakulikuler di SMK Bistek Bekasi bertujuan untuk mengembangkan minat dan bakat siswa. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang dimaksud berupa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang dikemas dalam Bistek Art Show. Kegiatan ini penggabungan tiga bidang seni, yaitu seni tari, seni musik, dan seni rupa. Dengan harapan, siswa dapat mengembangkan dirinya menjadi kreaktif. Kenyataan tentang kreaktivitas siswa di Indonesia, menurut penelitian Global Creativity Indonesia (GCI) menunjukan Indonesia berada di posisi ke-67 dari 139 negera. Indonesia di bawah Singapura (7) dan Malasyia (24). Ini merupakan cambuk keras bagi Pendidikan di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, penyelenggaraan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang diselenggarakan sekolah perlu dipastikan berjalan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa terhadap kegiatan Bistek Art Show yang telah dilaksanakan. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan skala likert satu sampai lima, yaitu Sangat Setuju, Setuju, Ragu, Tidak Setuju, dan Sangat Tidak Setuju. Persepsi siswa diukur dari indikator minat, pembinaan, sarana dan prasarana, pelaksanaan, serta kepuasan. Sampel penelitian berasal dari siswa kelas X dan XI dan pengumpulan data dengan menyebar angket melalui google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) Persepsi siswa terhadap minat untuk mengikuti kegiatan sangat kuat, 82,11%-86,58%; (2) Persepsi siswa terhadap pembinaan dalam kategori kuat dan sangat kuat, 79,63%-82,73%; (3) Persepsi siswa terhadap sarana dan prasarana menunjukan kuat dan sangat kuat sebesar 78,88%-83,48%; (4) Persepsi siswa terhadap pelaksanaan menunjukan skor kuat sebesar 79,50%-80,50%; dan (5) Persepsi kepuasan siswa terhadap kegiatan Bistek Art Show menunjukan sangat kuat dengan skor sebesar 83,85%. Dari uraian skor tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap kegiatan Bistek Art Show kuat dan sangat kuat.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Penelitian ini mengkaji pengelolaan kurikulum di Pondok Modern Daarul Ikrom dalam mengembangkan karakter santri, dengan fokus pada kurikulum MTIA (Ma'had Tarbiyah Islamiyah Al-Asriyah) yang mengintegrasikan pendidikan Islam dan umum. Isu latar belakang antara lain tantangan dalam memodernisasi pendidikan pesantren dengan tetap menjaga nilai-nilai Islam, dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pengelolaan kurikulum menumbuhkan karakter santri melalui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Metode studi kasus kualitatif digunakan di Pondok Modern Daarul Ikrom, Pesawaran, Lampung, menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, dianalisis melalui model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan kurikulum menekankan integrasi akademik-non- akademik, kebiasaan positif seperti doa dan kebersihan, serta peran pemimpin dalam memastikan disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan kepemimpinan. Kesimpulan menyoroti pengembangan karakter yang efektif dengan implikasi positif bagi integritas santi, meskipun kolaborasi eksternal disarankan untuk inovasi.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis manajemen kepemimpinan transformasional dalam pengembangan sumber daya guru di sekolah-sekolah Kecamatan Ulubelu. Kepemimpinan transformasional dipandang sebagai pendekatan strategis yang mampu mendorong perubahan positif, meningkatkan profesionalisme, serta mengembangkan potensi guru secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, serta pihak terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional diwujudkan melalui visi dan misi yang jelas, keteladanan kepala sekolah, pemberdayaan guru, serta terciptanya iklim kerja yang kondusif dan kolaboratif. Kepala sekolah berperan dalam memotivasi guru, mendukung pengembangan profesional, dan mendorong inovasi pembelajaran, meskipun masih dihadapkan pada kendala keterbatasan sumber daya, variasi kompetensi guru, dan tingginya beban administratif. 	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen supervisi akademik dalam meningkatkan implementasi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) pada pembelajaran di UPT SMP Negeri Sukoharjo. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik studi kasus, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi praktik supervisi akademik melalui tahapan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut yang berorientasi pada pengintegrasian TIK dalam pembelajaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan kepala sekolah dan guru di tiga sekolah UPT SMP Negeri Sukoharjo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan supervisi akademik masih dipengaruhi oleh keterbatasan infrastruktur TIK, namun ada upaya untuk meningkatkan fleksibilitas dan penguatan jaringan internet. Pengorganisasian supervisi berjalan cukup baik dengan adanya koordinasi yang jelas antara kepala sekolah dan guru, meskipun peran aktif guru dalam perencanaan supervisi masih perlu ditingkatkan. Pelaksanaan supervisi berfokus pada peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menggunakan TIK, sementara evaluasi supervisi dilakukan secara reflektif dengan memberikan umpan balik konstruktif yang berguna bagi pengembangan keterampilan TIK guru. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam pengembangan kebijakan supervisi akademik yang lebih efektif untuk mendorong implementasi TIK di sekolah-sekolah di daerah terpencil.

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap implementasi supervisi akademik di tiga sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) di Kecamatan Gunung Alip, Kabupaten Tanggamus, yaitu SMP Negeri 1, SMP Muhammadiyah 1, dan SMP PGRI 1. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan bidang kurikulum, serta observasi langsung dan dokumentasi, ditemukan bahwa supervisi akademik dilakukan secara terjadwal, meskipun masih ada tantangan seperti kesiapan guru dan lokasi sekolah yang berjauhan. Perencanaan supervisi melibatkan koordinasi dengan bidang kurikulum dan penyediaan instrumen untuk perangkat pembelajaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam supervisi meliputi observasi langsung, pemeriksaan dokumen, dan kolaborasi dengan guru. Tindak lanjut supervisi dilakukan dengan pembinaan individu dan kelompok, serta evaluasi perbaikan perangkat dan metode mengajar. Kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu dan ketidakhadiran guru menjadi tantangan utama yang harus diatasi. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan sistem jadwal, peningkatan kompetensi guru, dan penguatan kolaborasi antara kepala sekolah, guru, dan bidang kurikulum.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Penelitian ini mengevaluasi implementasi kurikulum berbasis lingkungan di sekolah Adiwiyata dengan menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Dilakukan di UPT SMP Negeri 1 Adiluwih, Kabupaten Pringsewu, menggunakan desain kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah untuk kurikulum, guru, siswa, dan komite sekolah, dan triangulasi dengan observasi lapangan dan analisis dokumen. Temuan menunjukkan fondasi kontekstual yang kuat melalui visi, kebijakan, dan struktur tata kelola Adiwiyata sekolah. Masukan umumnya memadai dan meningkat, namun tidak merata digunakan di seluruh mata pelajaran. Proses diintegrasikan ke dalam pembelajaran di kelas dan pembiasaan sehari-hari, tetapi kesenjangan utama muncul antara pemantauan administratif dan evaluasi reflektif kualitas pembelajaran. Produk termasuk peningkatan sikap siswa, perilaku, dan budaya sekolah yang lebih hijau; namun, stabilitas mereka membutuhkan pelembagaan yang lebih kuat untuk mempertahankan dampak jangka panjang. Studi ini menyumbangkan rekomendasi berbasis bukti untuk mengalihkan evaluasi ke artefak pembelajaran, refleksi, dan penyematan tingkat sistem untuk keberlanjutan.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh konsep diri, dan motivasiberprestasi terhadap komunikasi interpersonal guru di SD Negeri se-Gugus Kecubung 1Kecamatan Talang Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis ex-post factodengan mengambil sampel dari jumlah populasi yang ada dengan menggunakan kuesionersebagai alat pengumpulan data. Populasi penelitian adalah semua guru di SD Negeri se-GugusKecubung 1 Kecamatan Talang Padang yang berjumlah 106 guru yang dipilih menggunakan teknikcluster random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisismenggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heterokedastisitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasilpenelitian menunjukan bahwa konsep diri berpengaruh positif terhadap komunikasiinterpersonal guru di SD Negeri se-gugus Kecubung 1 Kecamatan Talang padang sebesar 73,0%,motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh positif terhadap komunikasi interpersonal guru di SD negerise-gugus Kecubung 1 Kecamatan Talang padang sebesar 72,4% dan konsep diri dan motivasiberprestasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap komunikasi interpersonal guru di SDNegeri se-gugus Kecubung 1 Kecamatan Talang padang sebesar 88,9%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif antara konsep diri dan motivasiberprestasi terhadap komunikasi interpersonal guru. Guru yang memiliki konsep diri yang positifdan motivasi berprestasi tinggi cenderung lebih efektif dalam berkomunikasi dengan siswa. Halini berimplikasi pada terciptanya hubungan yang lebih baik antara guru dan siswa, yang dapatmempengaruhi pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pembelajaran.</dc:description>
