Penatalaksanaan Fisioterapi pada Kondisi Gangguan Gerak dan Fungsi Sendi Metacarpophalangeal I Akibat De Quervein Syndrome Dextra : Case Report

e quervain syndrome merupakan peradangan pada tendon metacarpophalangeal I, yang menyebabkan ruang gerak dari tendon menjadi sempit dan menimbulkan nyeri pada pangkal ibu jari dan meluas sampai ke lengan bagian bawah. Pada kasus ini pasien mengalami nyeri gerak dan nyeri tekan, keterbatasan luas gerak sendi serta adanya gangguan fungsional pada sendi metacarpophalangeal (MCP) I. Penatalaksanaan fisioterapi yang diberikan yaitu modalitas Ultrasound (US) Therapy, Kinesiotaping dan Eccentric Exercise dengan Resistance Band. Setelah dilakukan terapi sebanyak 3 kali, diperoleh hasil nyeri gerak aktif T1 nilai 8 menjadi T3 nilai 5, nyeri tekan T1 nilai 7 menjadi T3 nilai 4, luas gerak sendi aktif aktif ekstensi-fleksi dari T1 : (S) 150-00-550 menjadi T3 : (S) 350-00-550, dan peningkatan luas gerak sendi pada gerak aktif abduksi-adduksi dari T1 : (F) 200-00-00 menjadi T3 : (F) 300-00-00, kemampuan aktivitas fungsional dengan DASH T1 dan T2 hasil skor 70 pada T3 terjadi penurunan yaitu hasil skor 50. Ultrasound (US) Therapy, Kinesiotaping dan Eccentric Exercise dengan Resistance Band dapat mengatasi problematika fisioterapi pada kondisi De Quervein Syndrome.
