Hubungan Kepatuhan Aktivitas Fisik Dengan Kapasitas Aerobik Pada Pasien Osteoartritis Lutut Di RSUD Dr. Moewardi

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan kepatuhan aktivitas fisik dengan kapasitas aerobik terhadap pasien osteoartritis lutut di RSUD dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan kepatuhan aktivitas fisik antara kapasitas aerobik pada pasien osteoartritis lutut. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 23 orang, sedangkan populasi penderita osteoartritis lutut di RSUD dr. Moewardi berjumlah 25 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan physical activity adherence questionnaire untuk tingkat kepatuhan aktivitas fisik, dan 6 minutes walking test untuk pengukuran kapastitas aerobik. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi chi square. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu tidak ada hubungan antara kepatuhan aktivitas fisik dengan kapasitas aerobik pada pasien osteoartritis lutut. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai p sig. (2 tailed) 0,968. Kepatuhan akivitas fisik secara umum termasuk dalam kategori patuh dengan hasil presntase 69,6%. Kapastias aerobik tergolong dalam kategori kurang baik dengan hasil presentase 56,5%.
