Pengaruh Senam Aerobik Intensitas Moderate Terhadap Peningkatan Imun Di Era Normal Baru: Systematic Review

Latar belakang: Era Normal Baru di masa pandemi Covid-19, era di mana kita tetap menjalankan aktivitas seperti biasa tetapi tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Mengingat Covid-19 ini berasal dari virus yang ditularkan melalui percikan tubuh maupun kontak fisik, maka perlu dilakukan hal-hal seperti memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak dan tetap menjaga kondisi dan daya tahan tubuh. Oleh karena itu dengan olahraga di rumah sangat penting untuk dilakukan, salah satunya adalah dengan senam aerobik intensitas moderate.
Tujuan: meningkatkan sistem imunitas tubuh dengan senam aerobik intensitas moderate di era normal baru. Metode: dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tinjauan sistematis (systematic review) dengan mengumpulkan referensi-referensi yang ada.
Hasil: didapatkan bahwa senam aerobik intensitas moderate dapat meningkatkan imunitas tubuh.
Kesimpulan: terjadi peningkatan imunitas tubuh dengan menggunakan senam aerobik intensitas moderate di era normal baru.
Background: The New Normal Era in the Covid-19 pandemic, an era in which we continue to carry out activities as usual but must stick to healt protocol.Given the Covid-19 is derived from a virus that is transmitted through splashes of body and physical contact, things need to be done such as wear a mask, wash your hands, keep your distance and maintain the condition and resistance of the body. Therefore, with exercise at home very importat to do, one of them with the moderate intensity aerobic exercise.
Objectives: increase the immune system of the body with moderate intensity aerobic exercise in the new normal era.
Method: by using the research methods of systematic review by collecting existing reference.
Result: found that the moderate intensity aerobic exercise can increase the immune system of the body.
Conclusion: an increase the immune system of the body by using moderate intensity aerobic exercise in the new normal era.
