Hubungan Physical Activity Terhadap Perubahan Physical And Mental Fatigue Pada Relawan COVID-19 Di Yogyakarta

Latar Belakang: Ketidakpastian umum, ancaman kesehatan individu, serta tindakan karantina dapat memperburuk kondisi yang sudah ada sebelumnya seperti depresi, kecemasan, dan gangguan stress pasca trauma. Aktivitas fisik (Physical Activity) diketahui memberikan banyak manfaat dalam hal kesehatan, termasuk dalam menghadapi pandemic COVID-19, maka dari itu perlu bagi kita untuk mengetahui aktivitas fisik yang aman dilakukan pada masa pandemic COVID-19.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuktikan hubungan physical activity terhadap perubahan physical and mental fatigue pada relawan COVID-19 di Yogyakarta.
Metode: penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif desain observasional. Responden berjumlah 30 Relawan dari Satuan Tugas Penanggulangan Penyebaran COVID-19 di Yogyakarta. Menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dari NASA-TLX untuk pengukuran kelelahan fisik dan mental dan kuesioner GPAQ untuk mengetahui tingkat aktivitas fisik relawan COVID-19.
Hasil: Hasil observasi menggunakan kuesioner menggunakan uji Rank Spearman didapatkan hasil nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,361 > 0 dan P sebesar 0,001 ≤ 0,05 yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara kelelahan fisik dan mental pada relawan COVID-19.
Kesimpulan: Adanya hubungan physical activity terhadap perubahan physical and mental fatigue pada relawan COVID-19 di Yogyakarta.
