Pengaruh Pemberian Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization untuk Meningkatkan Keseimbangan pada Lansia; Narrative Review

Latar Belakang : Lansia mengalami penurunan fisiologis tubuh yang disebabkan oleh faktor usia, sehingga salah satu gangguan yang dialami lansia mempengaruhi peningkatan risiko jatuh. Keseimbangan merupakan interaksi yang kompleks dari interaksi system sensorik, vestibular, dan somatosensory. Intervensi untuk peningkatan keseimbangan Lansia salah satu DNS yang memungkinkan respon motorik yang efektif, efisien dan tepat waktu akibat adanya gangguan dari sistem sensoris (propioseptif dan vestibular) dalam mempertahanakan keseimbangan pada tugas dinamis.
Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian dynamic neuromuscular stabilization untuk meningkatkan keseimbangan pada lansia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode narrative review.
Metode : Pencarian jurnal melalui portal jurnal online seperti Google Scholar, Pubmed,,NCBI, Research gate sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi.
Hasil : penelitian ini berdasarkan review terhadap 10 jurnal dari negara iran dan korea, semua mengidentifikasi menjelaskan tentang lansia dengan gangguan keseimbangan dan tentang lansia dengan gangguan keseimbangan akibat dari suatu penyakit.
Kesimpulan : Penelitian membuktikan adanya peningkatkan keseimbangan pada lansia dan alat ukur yang paling rekomendasi untuk mengukur keseimbangan pada lansia yaitu Berg Balance Scale.
