Pengaruh Terapi Mandiri Oleh Orang Tua Terhadap Kelurusan Tengah Tubuh Anak CP Spastic Quadriplegia

Latar Belakang: program fisioterapi pada anak CP spastic quadriplegia harus rutin dilakukan untuk mencegah komplikasi lebih lanjut. Orang tua menjadi tumpuan utama untuk melakukan program fisioterapi di rumah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi mandiri oleh orang tua terhadap kelurusan tengah tubuh pada anak CP spastic quadriplegia. Metode Penelitian: one group pre and posttest desain pada 10 anak CP spastic quadriplegia yang mengalami kesulitan dalam orientasi kelurusan tengah tubuh pada posisi terlentang di komunitas Happy CP family Surabaya. Orang tua diajarkan cara memijat punggung dan pengaturan posisi yang sesuai dengan kelurusan tengah tubuh anak. Pemijatan punggung dilakukan 15 menit, 2x perhari selama 14 hari dengan bukti perlakuan berupa video call. Alat ukur dengan GMFM dimensi A (terlentang dan berguling) dalam persen. Hasil Penelitian: 10 anak CP spastic quadriplegia dengan rerata usia 2,9±1,1 tahun, rerata nilai GMFM pra perlakuan 0.38±0,8 % dan paska perlakuan 4.2±1,2 %, dengan uji Wilcoxon signifikan 0,003. Kesimpulan: terapi mandiri oleh orang tua berupa pemijatan otot punggung dan pengaturan posisi berpengaruh pada kelurusan tengah tubuh anak CP Spastic Quadriplegia.
