Carpal Tunnel Syndrom (CTS) ialah kondisi dimana terjebaknya saraf medianus pada trowongan karpal yang dibatasi oleh tulang karpal dan legamentum transversal. Tujuannya ingin dicapai yakni untuk mengetahui manfaat dari ExtracorporealShock Wave Therapy dan pemasangan Kinesio Tape serta Nerve Gliding Exercise untuk menurunkan nyeri pada kasus Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Sinistra. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah melakukan terapi sebanyak 3 kali terdapat penurunan nyeri tekan pada sisi palmar wrist joint sinistra T1 4.6 menjadi T3 2.4 adanya penurunan parestesia jari pada saat diam T1 4.2 menjadi T3 2.6 dan parestesia saat bergerak T1 4 menjadi T3 3. Untuk peningkatan kemampuan aktivitas fungsional didapatkan T1 3 menjadi T3 2. Pemberian modalitas ExtracorporealShock Wave Therapy dan pemasangan Kinesio Tape serta Nerve Gliding Exercisedapat menurunkan nyeri dan parestesia jari jari serta meningkatkan kemampuan aktivitas fungsional pada kasus Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Sinistra.
