Applied Research and Smart Technology (ARSTech) is an international journal published by a research centre of Mechanical Engineering Department Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. It is an open-access peer-reviewed journal providing publication with high-quality articles about applied sciences and smart technologies in various sectors, such as mechanical & materials engineering, automotive & manufacturing process, energy conversion & renewable energy, robotics, mechatronic & artificial intelligent, chemical & biomedical engineering, marine & aerospace technologies, transportations, infrastructures and environment, including their transfer to other applied science and engineering applications. The accepted articles will be available online following the journal peer-reviewing process to have the highest quality of the publication.

This journal welcomes all contributions from engineers, academicians, and researchers, including practitioners, who wish to report on new developments in engineering fields to disseminate original research and to strengthen international exchange in academic research.

 

Article types

Original research article: describes original research results or some aspect of design development in all fields of engineering and technology.

Review article: a critical review of the state-of-the-art in all fields of engineering and technology without extensive theoretical analysis.
